Great family stay. Property manager was communicative and arrival and check in was very easy. Condo was very clean and spacious. We used Jaco as our jining off point to a lot of the activities on the coast. Jaco beach is not the best but we went to many places in the surrounding area that we spectacular.

I selected this property based on the beautiful pictures that were listed in Vrbo. There is no way those pictures were the same unit that we saw. Everything looked brand new and spit spot and that’s not what greeted us. I would never ever recommend this unit We arrived in our unit, and the very first thing we noticed, as we had nowhere to park in front of our unit. All other seven buildings had parking right in front of the unit. It was very inconvenient to have to walk through mud and ruin our shoes. Although the beds were comfortable, when I stripped the sheets, there was a huge colored stain right where my head and mouth were. Totally disgusting! In the bathrooms in both bathrooms, the shower curtains we’re about 2 feet too long and very much a hazard. The elevator was broken two days that we stayed there. When the repairman were trying to fix it, it sound like they were coming through our wall with hammers. When we checked out today, we were inconvenienced descending four stories two times with all of our luggage. Inexcusable.

We were a 10 minute walk from the main strip and a beach. The room was very nice. The pool was also a nice spot to relax. The area is gated with around the clock guards that were extremely helpful. I definitely would stay here again.

Great place

Roger, our contact, was very helpful and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable- beach towels, laundry supplies and cooking utensils. I plan to use this service again in the future.

Beautiful Costa Rica Stay

Unit 7-13 at Costa Linda is a beautiful place to stay while in Jaco Beach. We went during rainy season so not being outside as much as we would like, this Condo made us feel at home. Beautifully decorated, clean & comfortable. We had everything we needed. Very close to town with lots of choices for food & shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It also has great security. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot To Explore Jaco & Surrounding Area

Costa Linda is a secure, clean, lovely complex and this rental was wonderful. We enjoyed splitting our time between pool and ocean and the condo was a very comfortable home base. The staff on the property were very kind and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. One single concern was the kitchen could use some additional items to make cooking different dishes more convenient, but we were more than ok. Washer & dryer in unit was awesome, beds great, AC in every room, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the macaws in the trees right outside. A very memorable stay, thank you!

La propreté des lieux était impeccable. Pas très loin de la plage et divers services près à pied. Il faut vraiment arriver pour l’heure de Check-in car il n’est pas possible d’arriver avant. La communication se fait facilement par courriel avec la gestionnaire en cas de problème mais difficile aux numéros de téléphone fournis. À part ces petits inconvénients nous avons eu un beau séjour!
