Nice Place, clean, new, nice pool, BBQ area. Very tight security (too tight for some). Host was nice.

Do not rent! The host cancelled our booking 3 days prior to arrival. Offered us a subpar 2 bedroom with mold and sewer smell instead and gave us no refund. STAY AWAY!!

This this is a very nice unit. My two friends and I stayed here while we were fishing in Jaco. It has a nice southerly view from all of the bedrooms. Views of the beach in town. The communications with our host were great, check in was simple, and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed the pool on a couple of occasions and even used the barbecues outside by the kids pool. The condo is right in the middle of everything so it was an easy walk to any restaurants or shopping. The spa downstairs gives an excellent therapeutic massage, great after a long day fishing.
