Emerald Towers 306 is a gorgeous condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. It’s all about the views in this peaceful retreat featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable furnishings, and room for a crowd. Unwind in the open-concept living/dining room on the sofas and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV. A fully appointed kitchen makes preparing your favorite meals a breeze, and a full-sized washer and dryer are welcome conveniences for quick clean-ups. A dining table and breakfast bar with seating for four ensure everyone has plenty of room to spread out and relax. Whip up a refreshing cocktail at day’s end, head out to the private balcony, and watch the sun as it sinks into the horizon. Peaceful sleep awaits in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest suites are just as cozy, one featuring a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds.

Take advantage of the fitness facility and tennis courts, relax by the pool, or lounge on the beach. Better yet, do it all, then explore the restaurants and attractions nearby. Take the kids to Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or the Track for fun outings away from the beach. **Please note, personal beach chairs and umbrellas aren't allowed on the beach. No worries—Sun, Sand, and Sea provide onsite chair rentals exclusively for our guests. Relax and enjoy the beach with ease!

Beautiful condo in wonderful location!

This condo is beautiful! Very nice layout for a 3 bed/3 bath. My only complaint is the balcony has only one table and 3 chairs. I feel with a 3 bed/3 bath, at least 6 people would be expected to be there and only 3 have seating on the balcony. Other than that I would definitely recommend this unit. Also I did try to make contact with someone regarding a small issue and received no response to my text. That was disappointing.

Beautiful Location!!!

Location was perfect! We stayed on the 3rd floor in a corner unit (306) and the view was great and the floor plan was very open and spacious. It was spotless when we arrived. Loved how close it was to everything too. We had trouble with the wifi not working one day, but after a call to guest services we went out to dinner and came back and it was fixed. They were prompt handling it and that was nice. We’d definitely stay there again. I would recommend checking your email for the app and code to get in when you first arrive. Several families were waiting down by the office around check in time at 4pm and didn’t realize the info was in their emails. We did tell them so they wouldn’t have to wait anymore, but maybe that could be more clear in the instructions since the email does tell you to check in at the front office and there isn’t always someone there during normal business hours. Overall it was a great stay and we’d recommend it for large groups. The condo was so wonderful and the balcony was very pretty!

Great location in an outdated condo

Please make this right ! Hi ! I'm Eric Brossette I'm currently staying at your condo . My friends and I came to Destin to have an enjoyable vacation . We got here yesterday June 30 th to find the 1st issue there is no sofa bed like the listing said it had, which is the biggest issue . Since we have 5 men who would rather not sleep in the same bed as each other. 2nd issue which is significant also the master king size bed has a huge dip on the left side . We had to put pillows under the mattress just to make it comfortable to sleep in . 3rd issue the master bathtub doesn't drain well at all . 4th issue the master bathroom sink hot side faucet doesn't completely shutoff and makes a intermittently whistling sound as it runs . 5th issue the hall bathroom shower head was spraying more on the ceiling than anything. Someone came to fix that today . 6th issue The shower faucet knob is broken ,it comes right off, it has to held on the function it . It's in the bedroom's bathroom with the queen bed . 7th issue the cable TV wasn't work yesterday which probably isn't anyone's fault and it works today. I'm a licensed master plumber . I own a plumbing business and fully understand plumbing issues come up to have this many plumbing issues at once plus other issues ,it's from neglect in my opinion . We paid good money to come stay here in good location with a great view . It's unacceptable to me to have this many issues with the condo, that hamper us from enjoying

Sibling bonding

Loved the corner( all the windows) very spacious! Bathrooms and washer/ dryer could use a lil love. Patio furniture could also b updated but overall would defiantly stay at this property again. Location was great and pool area very nice and grounds immaculate !! Had a great time at Emerald Towers 306;)⛱️
