Southbay by the Gulf 37 a 3 bed/ 2.5 bath townhome. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with its King, Queen, two Twin singles, and a sleeper sofa . This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios to enjoy beautiful views from! Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it s tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

*Complimentary Beach Service Provided (2 Chairs and 1 Umbrella / March - October).

*7 night minimum (Saturday - Saturday) Memorial Day - Labor Day / Spring Break Fall Break*
