The Waverly House In Destiny Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

A balcony overlooking lush foliage ensures you will be spending time contemplating nothing at all. A screened front porch means the whole family can sit together and watch day turn to evening and lazily recount the day's activities. Inside, beach colors greet you and all the amenities you need are within reach. Your primary suite offers a comfy seating area perfect for dozing or catching up on that novel, while upstairs, everyone is energized by the bright, clean layout and ambiance. You will feel refreshed just being at Waverly House, and you haven't even walked to the beach yet. This cool, yet comfortable locales is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy each moment of your ultimate vacation.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

GOLF CARTS- they are allowed, but it will take up 1 of your parking passes. They must be rented through Destin Elite Golf Carts, you will mention booking code DWR. If a golf cart is rented with another company you will be fined $100 a day by the HOA.

Per HOA- Motorcycles, jet skis, boats, trailers, campers, RV's, go carts, ATVs, motorized scooters or commercial vehicles are NOT permitted in subdivision.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great house and location

Perfect spot to stay, especially for our first trip to Destin! The house was clean and the welcome bag was great with essentials while waiting for our grocery order. Short walk to the beach, pool, a great restaurant.

There were a few hiccups with the stay however it was a decent home in a neighborhood we have stayed in multiple times and enjoyed everytime we stay in it.

Three 60 seeking a house in Destin area to relax away from Spring Breakers. The property was perfect. Gated community provided security that we sought with friendly neighbors. Property was well-kept. Property management was readily accessible. Only input would be the need to update bathroom fixtures and adjust water pressure.

The location and overall enjoyment of relaxing in this home was superb. The only improvement we would recommend would be increaing the number of bath towels for our family of 5. We brought our own beach towels but I am referring to the number towels needed for bathing over several days. We did make use of the washer/dryer to compensate.

Very beautiful property and a very beautiful location, only hiccup is that the property is in a homeowners association with very nosey and pushy people. Other than that it was amazimg.

Fit for the Kings

We felt really safe and location was fabulous. Was very accurate to what rental property says. The house was awesome, 5 adults, and 2 children with plenty of extra room. 5 minute walk to beach 2 minutes if you ride the bikes! It was almost a perfect fit for these Kings.

Waverly house

Over all, a very nice rental home. Easy walk to pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Appliances and air worked well. The twin beds need new mattresses. Especially because they are not on box springs but rather buckey boards. Not comfortable. Also, housekeeping needs to wash floor between guests. It clearly hadn’t been in awhile. Our feet were black. Would rent in same area again.

While Destiny gated community is a lovely area and awesome beach location, short walk to the beach and very nice community swimming pool, the Waverly House needs some TLC. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean! The house is nice but extremely out-dated, old and well-used. The carpet is stained and dirty. The refrigerator has rust on front door, appliances are old, gas grill too rusty to use, old fiberglass tub is stained. The vanities are old style-super low. And we had hot water heater issues with water turning cold after one shallow bath. The entire home needs repainted, new floors, kitchen and bath updates. The owners need to spend a little cash bringing this property up to date.
