We are locals and live right around the corner - so readily available to make sure your visit is fabulous! We use this house as a guest home and enjoy sharing it with others visiting Wilmington.

Why they chose this property

The home is close to the Soda Pop District, Cargo District and downtown Wilmington. There are also several historic cemeteries which are lovely to stroll year round. The location provides cultural diversity, restaurants, breweries, music venues and shopping all within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The home has historic charm and character as well as modern updates. The bathrooms and appliances are newer. There is a small, private rear courtyard and front porch with a swing. Located in the 15th block of Grace Street, there is always ample street parking.
