If you need some Sea-Rinity, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in the popular Village Walk community is a great place for a family vacation, a romantic weekend, or a restful retreat. Located on Eleventh Street, you'll be just a few blocks from the beach and a short drive to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

When you enter Sea-Rinity, you'll find an open and inviting living and dining area with plenty of seating for your family and friends. The living room is bright with tropical decor and looks out to the beautifully-landscaped pedestrian walkway that leads to one of two heated pools in the complex. The dining table seats 8 guests and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The house also features a full kitchen with stainless appliances, an island, and plenty of storage. Smart televisions with cable and wireless internet are included with your stay.

Behind the kitchen is the first of three bedrooms. This ground-floor bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet space. Next to the bedroom is a full bath with a shower. There is also a laudry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you'll find the spacious primary bedroom and en suite. The bedroom features a king bed, smart television, two closets, and stained-wood floors. The bath has a tub/shower combination and plenty of storage. Across the hall, you'll find the bunk room with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Next to the bunk room is another bath with a tub/shower combination.

To enjoy our sunny days and tropical nights, there is a fully-fenced yard with seating areas and a barbecue grill. Outside, you can enjoy the evening breezes or take a short walk to one of the two pools. Sea-Rinity also has a two-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate two additional vehicles.

Sea-Rinity is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Up to two dogs with a combined weight of 100 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and that you clean up after them. Our cleaners charge a modest pet cleaning fee of $75 per dog for the entire stay. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

Sea-Rinity also has a golf cart that you can reserve for your stay to drive to the beach or around town. Please contact us for availability, rates, and limitations.
