Welcome to the Trip House- 0.6 mi to the beach!

This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with INCREDIBLE backyard patio and newly installed 5 hole miniature golf course (!!!) couldn’t be better located to suit your next trip to St Augustine. Whether you are looking for land or sea, our home is situated in a prime spot to serve all your needs. Just .6 miles to the beach and only a 15 min drive to historic downtown St Augustine.

The spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (with all new Dream Cloud or Nectar Mattresses!!!) is situated only .6 miles from the beach. It is located in an extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are multiple beach access points under 2 miles away whether you want to walk, bike, park, or drive on to either St Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach. With multiple bikes for your use at the house, all options are available for you!

Upon walking into the house, you are greeted with a dining room area with seating for 4 at the table. On the wall is our large Trip House chalkboard that lists the closest spots for coffee, food, and fun as well as some of our local favorites that are worth the drive for. This flows into the fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc) in case you’re interested in dining in during your stay.

Back to the left you’ll find the beginning of the split floor plan with two guest rooms. The first has a queen size bed in it with two nightstands, lamps, and a cooling ceiling fan. The second, has a very cool bunk bed with trundle pull out! This is the perfect kids room but also can be used by adults as the bottom bunk is a full size bed. Equipped with toys and a large closet for storage, there is plenty of room to hang out. The two bedrooms are right next to a full bath with bathtub/shower combo.

Heading to the other side of the house you’ll find an expansive living room with large sectional couch (great for sleeping!) and 55 inch TV equipped with Roku for your streaming desires. Across from the living room is a chic sitting area from the 80s equipped with vintage radio and record player! Enjoy some blasts from the pasts while you reminisce about your day at the beach.

Finally, you’ll come to the master bedroom with a king size bed and one of the most comfortable mattresses you’ll ever sleep on. Large closet space for your storage needs and private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

I know you’re thinking this couldn’t get any better but WAIT it does! Head back to the living room to access the large slider into our backyard oasis. Large paver area gives way to a giant deck equipped with picnic table and patio furniture for lounging. The deck is dazzled with dangling string lights overhead that give you the perfect ambiance for your outdoor meals or cocktails. The paver area is a great spot to get the competitive juices flowing and challenge your family/friends in cornhole or Kan Jam (both provided). Lastly, take a trip into the yard to find our stone fire pit, great for the cooler evenings and s’more making.

Additionally, we have created even more fun for your group with a 5 hole miniature golf course right in the side yard! Have fun taking on the challenges this course has to offer and see who in your group comes out on top.
