The property was exactly as listed, Michaels he property owner was extremely helpful and communicative whenever anything was needed. I would highly recommend this Vrbo for anyone looking for a budget friendly trip to St. Augustine.

Loved this house so much! I would live here, thats how much we loved it! In a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The host communicated perfectly if I needed anything, but I didnt need anything because everything was provided. A couple minutes from downtown st augustine and a couple minutes to the beaches. Perfect location if you want to be close to those places! Will be back if I get a chance!

Michael maintains the house very well, and I really appreciate it pet friendly. He provides a useful guidebook both on the house and the St. Augustine area. He is also adding a Gazebo to the backyard which will be a very welcome addition. The location is very convenient to downtown but in quiet neighborhood.

Close and Comfy

Kids loved the big yard to play in, adults loved the comfortable rooms, beds, and beautiful dining area. St Augustine was a very short drive away.
