Perfectly located, charming 1920's vintage house.
Half a mile to St George Street and Castillo San Marcos.
One small dog allowed... 25 lbs max.
One time $50 pet fee
Very quiet neighborhood.
Enjoy your favorite drink on the front porch or private backyard.
We have security cameras outside around the house for your safety and security.


The property:
.Charming house built about 100+ years ago. Up/Down duplex with oversized private driveway. You can park up to 2 vehicles.
You will be staying in the first floor.
. Two spacious bedrooms, one queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin size beds in the other one.
. Wall mounted 50" smart flat TV in the living room.
. Fast WI-FI Internet Service (Fastest AT&T Fiber Optics - 1000 Mbps)
. Separate desk available if you plan to do some work during your stay with us.
. The fully functional kitchen comes with:
. refrigerator
. dishwasher
. microwave
. electric stove
. blender
. four slot toaster
. coffee maker
. electric kettle
. fresh ground coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix, sugar, salt, pepper and other
miscellaneous condiments are yours to enjoy.

Once you come through the door, the entire place is yours to enjoy.
As soon as you enter, to the right, there is a white door. This is a small closet where we keep our cleaning supplies, etc. This is the only private space in the apartment.

Great house in a wonderful location. We could walk everywhere. The house was perfect for 2 friends with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house was clean and nicely decorated. One suggestion- water tastes terrible. Maybe a filter would help? The host was on top of our needs and kept in touch. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was a wonderful time capsule 1920’s home with updated amenities. Great kitchen, TWO bathrooms and W/D. Once we parked in the great historic neighborhood, we walked everywhere. My granddaughter loved having her own room.

We planned a short trip to St. Augustine and wanted a place near the historic part of town. This place was the perfect location. The house fit everything we needed and was clean. Roger was great with communication. We would definitely here again.

Our stay was an amazing experience! The host, Roger, did a perfect job describing the property, giving detailed instructions prior to(as well as during) our stay and following up as well. It was a quiet location with a perfectly decorated house! Would recommend to any couple or a family up to 6!
