Comfortable fully renovated 2 BR 1 BA private guest apartment located only a block away from the Historic Quarter of St Augustine! You will truly find yourself in the heart of it all while staying here. Everything from St. George Street to King Street and its shops, restaurants, the local distillery and winery are less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and the beaches less than a 15 minute convenient drive away. The best part of it all is that you will be able to enjoy St Augustine with convenience and come home to a comfortable and warm apartment to rest after your adventures. The apartment has been completely remodeled with your stay in mind. The brand new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is stocked with the essentials you may need for a home cooked meal. Both of the bedrooms offer queen beds, one firm one plush for your choosing. The cozy living room offers a small dining and living area with seating for 4. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room, a stocked and remodeled full bath, free parking for two cars and multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the Florida weather.
*Please note, the outdoor dining area may be shared with guests of the main house should stays overlap. Otherwise, there is plenty of privacy and separation as the private entrance to the apartment is located on the opposite far side of the property and the main house has a private seating area in the front yard, for which most often, the backyard patio is often used by guests staying in the apartment.

Excellent location. Convenient parking. Quiet but on the edge of the action with 2-10 minute walk to most restaurants and attractions. Fine for two people and pup but might be tight for two couples. Fees/taxes brought 3 night price up 50%. Apartment was clean and well stocked.
Virginia is a wonderful host. This is our favorite get away in St. Augustine, within walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants, shopping and local attractions. We always enjoy staying here.
Great location- nice quiet neighborhood. Cozy and comfortable!

My wife and I really enjoyed our week at Virginia's bnb. It is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It's central location adjacent to the Historic District is ideal for visiting all the tourist spots and restaurants on foot. The two closest convenience stores are about 1/2 mile away. Virginia is a great communicator, checking in and offering help a couple of times.

Property was really cozy and very clean. If you make your own coffee and wanted to cook the coffee maker and utensils were excellent. Extremely close to everything.
During this time, construction out front was inconvenient. I am sure they will finish someday. 4 out of 5 stars.

Sorry Nat that near street had construction, only there is nothing going on out front of the property, you can’t see nor hear and the road is open for travels now.
This cozy upstairs apartment is ideal! Just a short walk to all of the shops, restaurants,etc. but far enough off the beaten path to be quiet. Very clean and well appointed! Virginia was SO easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

Property was as described in listing. The location is perfect for walking to historic district, restaurants, sites. Neighborhood is safe and accommodations were very comfortable. Would rent again.

My husband and I fell in love with St Augustine on our very first visit many years ago. Since then, it has been our dream to one day call this historic city our permanent home. Until that day comes, we have loved spending our vacations here and sharing our home and the city we love with travelers like us. In the last year, we have put our love, our time and care to updating this 1950s bungalow and are so excited to finally be able to share it with guests and greatly hope you will love it as much as we do. We not only take pride in our home but also in caring for our guests and are happy to share all of the tips we have learned in this great charming little city throughout all of our years of staying here. Location location and did we say location?! Not only is it located less than a minute from the historic quarter, but we have also taken great care to update it and ensure that our guest apartment is cozy, clean and has the essentials you may need during your stay so you feel welcomed and taken care of as if it were your own home and are able to relax and unwind after days of exploration and adventure. We also provide a free parking area for two cars, which allows you to get to the many beautiful nearby beaches in less than 15 minutes. 15 min by foot to almost anywhere in downtown, and 15 min by drive to the beaches outlets etc.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this property for its central location. We are located across the street from Flagler College campus, on both the trolly and horse carriage routes, less than one block away from the historic quarter which makes us feel like we are right in the middle of everything no matter the season.
