Nestled in H1, the most historic district in St. Augustine, this delightful apartment has great proximity to downtown with Flagler College up the street from us and in viewing distance.
It offers a bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with French doors between the two for added privacy. Guests can enjoy amenities like central AC, Wi-Fi, private balcony, washer dryer in the apartment and access to the homes large pool heated from April 1st to November 1st.
The apartment is located on the second floor up one flight of stairs.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit St. Augustine! The hosts, Kirsten and Michael, were fabulous! The property was spotless and was as described! fabulous place - rooms appointed beautifully, kitchen and bathroom were modern and beautiful....apartment is close to all of the fun things to do in town, is cleaner than many hospitals...and is very well stocked with necessities and more... kind, responsive hosts. great balcony to relax on and to begin and end each day...loved staying here; we will be back-hopefully soon!

The location is great for a lovely walk to the old town area. Plenty of restaurants and shops without getting in the car. We picked the perfect time of year....mid to late April. One of our favorite things was the pool. Nice seating with umbrellas and temperature regulated so not too cold. The apartment is very comfortable and special kudos for the shower!!!
