Experience one of the most authentically restored century old cottages in the area. Perfect for extended stays or short visits. The space Beautifully restored 491 square foot, circa late 1880s vernacular framed house with original heart pine floors and doors, hand hewn jig sawn porch brackets, and terra cotta chimney caps. Completely fenced in yard with brick pathways and outdoor privacy and seating. Furnished with eclectic older pieces and custom made furniture. Small gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Zero water filtration pitcher, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Minimal dishes and cooking utensils for preparing snacks and small meals. Please note that the Cottage and the furnishings are small, just as depicted in the photos, including a full size bed and small couch in the living room. If you are looking for a larger bed or a larger lounging couch, the sister Cottage next door at 119 1/2 Kings Ferry Way, may be a better choice. Guest access Guests will have the private use of the small three room, one bedroom and one bath cottage, a shared courtyard space with the adjacent cottage and FREE on site parking. Other things to note The cottage is equipped with a monitored fire alarm system and fire extinguisher. The comfortable full size bed includes a memory-foam topper. The large marble shower has great water pressure and unlimited on-demand hot water.
