Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the major downtown attractions, but away from the crowds when we wanted to just relax. The hosts were communicative and friendly. I've already shared this location with family that live locally as a rental to recommend to others visiting from out of town.

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls weekend getaway! The location is only a few minutes from historic downtown and the beach; and having a private pool area was amazing. The studio was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and helped us get settled.

It was plenty of room for 4 of us, had everything we needed, lots to do within walking distance. Host were great! Say hi to Coaco ha! Really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after the walk to downtown

Family Vacation 2024

The Studio apartment was spacious and clean and enough space for my family of 4. The location was great and an easy walk across the Bridge to get to historic downtown. The owners were very accommodating, and very pleasant, and everything you need is for essentials was provided. I would definitely recommend and would stay again when visiting the area.

Absolutely beautiful

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was clean and it definitely looks smaller than it really is. Everything we needed was available. The owners were amazing. They even let me play with their sweet dog Cocoa. The pool made our day. We hung out there and relaxed. We made breakfast and had coffee. The landscape is beautiful, lots to enjoy. The location was great so close to downtown and historical sites. I will book here again.

Amazing experience!

My mom and I came to St. Augustine for a mother-daughter trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this stay! The property is so spacious, comfortable, and the owners super accommodating and welcoming. Perfect location, a short walk over the bridge to downtown. Would love to stay again next time we are in St. Augustine!

Awesome St Aug Weekend

Everything about this place is great: the location, the space, the amenities and to top it off the owners are very responsive and so friendly! The place is exactly as pictured and very clean. We spent time in the pool and hot tub and pretty much walked everywhere we needed to go. Thanks for a relaxing and fun stay!

Great Location!

My husband and I had a great stay in this St. Augustine studio. Thanks to the unit's convenient location, we were able to walk across the bridge into town every day and we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to nearby restaurants. Our host was also very accommodating as she allowed us to check in early and gave us beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to borrow. The shared pool is also very nice, but as noted in the welcome packet in the studio, it isn't heated so not really usable until the summertime. The owners have pets on-site, including 2 cats and a dog - the dog, Cocoa, looks intimidating as she barks at you from the gate, but she's really sweet, and the owner met us first to welcome us before we entered. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

The hostess was lovely - quick to respond and very hospitable. There were lots of nice touches like coffee, tea, spices, laundry soap so that we didn't have to worry about those things. The kitchen was well-equipped so it was easy to eat in when we chose to. Even though parking was on the street, it was NO problem. The location was walking distance from old town but out of the high traffic zone, thankfully. The only caution I would mention is that this is not suitable for anyone that can't negotiate stairs as it is not on the ground floor.

Happy Anniversary

The property took our beath away as soon as we arrived. It's so beautiful. The property owners were top knotch. Sara was amazing! I told her that I wanted to surprise my husband with Champagne out in the hot tub and she told me to text her 30 minutes before we were going to go out there and she would have it ready. And she did. We will definitely reserve again. Happy 17th Anniversary!
