This front duplex comes equipped with essential kitchen items, excluding spices. The living room features a TV, while the bedrooms offer a double and queen-sized bed, respectively. A private entrance from the main room provides access to the side of the house. Enjoy an outdoor sitting area complete with a unique rock shower, perfect for rinsing off after beach visits. The property is conveniently located next to trolley parking, separated by a private fence.


-Respect quiet hours; 10 PM to 8 AM
-To ensure cleanliness, the dishwasher should be run the night before leaving. If this isn't possible, all dishes must be washed by hand on the day of departure.
-Reach out to host when changing temperature on thermostat
-No smoking inside
-Trash bins are in front of the home
-Close bottles of wine or tie bags with open cans/bottles to keep bugs from coming in.
**Cleaners may forget things as there are other units/properties, so please let me know what we could drop off or if we could fix areas that may need attention. Apologies in advance and thank you for your understanding as we want to provide a wonderful experience as a growing small business.

-Only guests on reservation are allowed on the property.
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

Very comfortable, cute, and convenient! Great communication, easy check-in, great location! Only a block to Dunkin Donuts and the trolly, nearby restaurants (recommend Bronx House Pizza and El Potro Mexican) and grocery stores, and less than 10 miles to beautiful Ponte Verde Beach. We loved our stay here! Thanks so much!

The place was very nicely decorated and cute. It was what we had expected. There were several issues that were taken care of promptly. The cook top did not work, and a new one was supplied. No hot water on another day and the next day no water and it was taken care of. The last day we tried to run the dishwasher, and it did not seem to have water to it.

The house was very close to the 1st hop on hop off trolly stop with free parking. Also walking distance to Fountain of Youth. Our hostess was very responsive to our requests. The house is small and does not have any drawer space or place to lay a suitcase flat except for the living room. There are closets with hangers in both bedrooms. We liked being so close to the trolly stop and all the tours the area offered. The house is in a quiet area and beds were very comfortable. It was too hot to enjoy the outside table and chairs.
