Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment)

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We provide coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Location is great. Easy to walk to many shops,restaurants and sights without worrying where to park since this place has good parking.Favorite breakfast place was the Harbor View Cafe that we walked to every morning. We walked for dinner to the Columbia Restaurant, Harry's and the Fish Camp. Easy to communicate with owner. Check in was easy and the place was clean and well stocked. We walked to the fort and was glad that we were there at 10:30 am when they fired off the cannon. Many things to see and do. Trolley ride was well worth it since they tell you about the history throughout the area. Very good place to visit.
