Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment)

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

C8 was Great!

A very clean & convient location to Old Town. I would stay there again. Two things that would improve stay are additional electrical outlets & a stopper for the bath tub.

Great place

We were very happy with our stay. The location was ideal and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Loved having an outdoor balcony and a place to park. Nice neighborhood too. We would recommend staying here and would love to come back. Thank you Kirsten and Michael

This property was great. We were a group of 4 and stayed 2 nights. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for 4 people for a two night stay. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to historic area and restaurants. Convenient on site parking

Happy litte getaway

Perfect size and spot for our spring break! Loved all the thoughtful touches - kitchen and bath items. Had everything we needed. Fantastic location. Walked to a different coffee shop each morning and to the historic district for sightseeing. Easy drive to beaches and other attactions. Highly recommend. Thank you, Kirsten!
