Downtown Lodge-Clean-Pet Friendly-Free Parking

Mulvey Lodge is a shotgun style apartment built in 1925. The rooms are on the left side of the building with a large hall down the right side. The layout is as it was in 1925 but the building has recently undergone an extensive renovation. The 101-year-old building now offers the latest in electrical and plumbing upgrades as well as a modern kitchen.

I think you will find this unique apartment roomy and comfortable for families, as well as a couples get away. It's like home away from home. We are 2 blocks from historic downtown Saint Augustine where you find lots of restaurants and shopping. Also, 3 miles from Vilano Beach or 5 miles from beautiful Saint Augustine Beach.
We think that you should be able to bring the whole family including your fur babies.
There is a small fee added when you add them to your reservation of twenty-five dollars.

Smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. Please through your butts in the brown trash can. Ashtray is on back porch
Animals should always be on a leash outside the house.

We had a great time!! The owners were so accommodating when we flew in early and needed to check in prior to the actual check in time!! Overall enjoyed our few days in St Augustine. The location of the house was within walking distance to many attractions, shopping and dining. The off street parking was a plus. Great communication by the property managers and owners both prior to and during our stay.

Great Historic Property!
