Downtown Lodge - Clean-Pet Friendly-Free Parking

Mulvey Lodge is a shotgun style apartment built in 1925. The rooms are on the left side of the building with a large hall down the right side. The layout is as it was in 1925 but the building has recently undergone an extensive renovation. The 98-year-old building now offers the latest in electrical and plumbing upgrades as well as a modern kitchen.

I think you will find this unique apartment roomy and comfortable for families, as well as a couples get away. It's like home away from home. We are 2 blocks from historic downtown Saint Augustine where you find lots of restaurants and shopping. Also, 3 miles from Vilano Beach or 5 miles from beautiful Saint Augustine Beach.

Comfortable. Clean. Convenient.

A lovely historic neighborhood. Quiet, even with school nearby. Convenient location in walking distance to everything in historic downtown, and a quick, easy to lighthouse, beach etc.

A very quaint shotgun house. Clean, comfortable and very well located. The listing mentioned washer and drier but were neither within the house.

Great Stay Off the Beaten Path

This is a great location for adults or families that is very close to Downtown while remaining off the beaten path and maintaining its quiet environment. This is key when staying in St. Augustine! Unit was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Some aspects needed a little maintenance but the unit was great for a long weekend overall.
