The Fullerwood area is a quiet neighborhood one block from the marsh on the Intracoastal Waterway with sidewalks and friendly neighbors to complete this old Florida setting. The Fullerwood quarter is famous for its diversity of architecture and its history. The home has two bedrooms, 1 and ¾ baths and sleeps four comfortably.
The drive from the house to historic downtown St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, or to beautiful Vilano Beach is less than five minutes. Or you can take a 30 minute walk to downtown past famous historical locations, cool and unique souvenir and gift shops, live acoustic music and delicious dining.
