1930's restored (in 2020) cottage in historic Lincolnville. Only blocks (5-10 min. walk) from downtown shops and restaurants. Close enough to the hustle and bustle yet nestled in the large oaks of adjacent Lincolnville. Only a few miles or 5-10 min. drive to the beach. Cottage has been completely restored (in 2020) with many upgraded finishes (i.e. 2 old chimneys; original doors; marble shower, wood floors and custom cabinets) including a charming rear patio for kids/pets to play in. Very airy and bright with lots of character .
The space In its heyday was originally a bed and breakfast. It sits on a lot shared alongside the main cottage.
Guest access
Cottage sits on a lot with main cottage. The driveway is exclusively for guest use. The gated rear yard/patio is cozy and reserved for guests. Pets are allowed to roam the entire yard but can be left to roam free in the gated rear patio area.

Beautiful cottage in historic area

We loved our stay at Casa Lola. Our host was kind, very responsive, and provided an accurate description of property. The property is charming and clean which made our stay just as we’d hoped. We even met some of the neighbors and they were lovely too. We’d stay again if we were to visit St. Augustine in the future.

Wonderful property

We very much enjoyed our stay, John, property manager was great to work with. Cottage was perfect, in a great area. The Ice Plant and Saint Augustine Fish camp we’re both great restaurants nearby.

Quaint Home In Prime Location!!

First, let me say John was very kind, friendly and accommodating!! Great little cottage is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many restaurants and to downtown. We would go downtown during the day visit the sites, the fort and out to eat and shop. We’d go back to the house freshen up. Go out for dinner and cocktails and walk home. It was perfect. Just what we were looking for. No need to drive no need for taxis and no need for Ubers. We generally stay at hotels, but We were on our way to Fort Myers FL for the winter and we had my cat. It was really wonderful that John allowed pets. My cat got along great and hung out in the front porch a lot. Our next day we will definitely request this home again.
