The house was perfect. Location was the best .. close at walking distance of the main actions in town but no too close that the noise would affect our stay. The house was clean and comfortable . It had everything we needed. It is a plus that has a parking spot .. the balcony is super nice to chill out after a day of walking around..

Perfect stay in historic location

This is a very cute place and in a perfect location. We parked our car at the house and walked everywhere from the cottage into the historic district. Clean amenities and a very safe area.Will definitely book it again!!

Great location!

Once we arrived, we didn't have to get back in our car. We were able to walk everywhere including across the Bridge of Lions. The rental was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

The location was wonderful! We walked to everything We were 1/2 block from shops, restaurants, etc. The cottage was clean, and stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Super cute cottage with perfect location.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly as listed. Someone put a lot of love and thought into the restoration of this home. Attention to detail was everywhere. Historical home that does not smell or feel old.Appreciated the little touches such as the bed side table lamps with built in chargers, local info brochures and a few coffee pods for Keurig to get you started. All of the furnishings looked new and were well placed throughout the home. Bed was comfortable :-)The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We are looking forward to staying here again next time we visit this area.

Great location in St. Augustine!

This was a nice little house at the end of an alley around the corner from Grace United Methodist church. We had the dogs with us but there was no yard at all. It wasn't a big deal. We just had to walk the dogs. It would have been more convenient to have had a yard. The house was set up with the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The upstairs was the living room and kitchen. It felt like you were sitting among the trees. There was a nice upstairs balcony. The location was close to everything but in a nice quiet location. We loved it!

I booked this place as a surprise gift for my sister, her husband, and their brand new baby, and WOW - it exceeded every expectation! From the moment I reached out to make the reservation, the hosts were incredible to work with. They made the whole process so smooth, even when I was coordinating details and passing along my sister's information. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having an amazing experience.The location is absolutely unbeatable - my sister was over the moon about being able to walk everywhere downtown with the baby stroller. No dealing with car seats and parking hassles, just easy strolls to grab coffee, dinner, or just explore. That was honestly a game-changer for new parents!But what really blew them away was how thoughtfully decorated and cozy this place is. Every little detail was perfect - it felt like staying in a friend's beautifully curated home rather than just another rental. My sister kept sending me photos of different corners because she loved the vibe so much. It was exactly the kind of peaceful, welcoming space they needed during this special time.They're already asking when they can book their next stay! As someone who wanted to give them something really special to celebrate their new addition, this place delivered in every possible way. The hosts created such a memorable experience that my gift turned into something they'll treasure forever.Can't recommend this enough - book it, you won't regret it!

This cottage was built in 1939 and is located only two blocks from historic Saint George St which is a foot traffic only street. The cottage is also located directly across from the Flager College.
