Convenient location to walk to historic downtown. Comfortable home and quiet neighborhood. Walkways a little tight in bedroom and dining area, but well furnished. Only 2 hangers in each closet, could be improved. Overall excellent for the price
Everything was wonderful, I have a few suggestions. Pillows in Master need to be upgraded. Fan in master, could not turn off light without turning off fan. Specific detail about coffee maker (whether Keurig or pot). Porch was amazing. Wonderful coffee shop 1 block away. Great neighbor hood, restaurants near by. Owner was great with restaurant suggestions. Did not receive departure directions. Porch was great for mornings and evenings.
Cute house. Good location, walkable to downtown if you wear comfy shoes! Had everything we needed. Host was responsive when we needed them. Definitely recommend.
This cottage was perfect for our weekend birthday getaway with friends. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location to everything. You must try The Fish House. It was very good and within walking distance. We would stay again for sure.
The cottage was beautifully remodeled. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the dressers for clothes so we didn’t have to live out of a suitcase. The master bath was large and the walk in shower the best I’ve experienced in a vacation rental. The kitchen was easy to work in and I loved the cookware while making breakfasts and Christmas dinner. The location was excellent and close to The Crab Shack and The ice plant restaurants and bar. We loved walking through the Lincolnville historic neighborhood. This lovely place made our 4 day visit was the Festival Of lights perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
So nice to stay here. Super clean and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks for such a great stay.

Disliked: Location
The house was EXTREMELY clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen except the refrigerator, so I cannot make a comment about that. The location was not the best for us. We were hoping to be able to walk to the historic district. The Fish Camp restaurant IS within walking distance, and it was GREAT! I’m not really sure why the review asks about the beach view. We knew going in that we weren’t at the beach. Because bowl games were being played, a larger, more user-friendly TV in the living room would have been appreciated, but certainly that wasn’t a strike against the house.
