Downtown Lincoln Street Cottage

The Lincoln Street Cottage was built in 1900. It has been lovingly remodeled and restored. The majority of the artwork displayed was created by St. Augustine artists. In the master bedroom is a beautiful oak sleigh bed, and the master bath is oversized with tall mirrors and a large walk-in shower. This house is a 5-minute walk to the St. George Street attractions or a 5-minute drive to the beaches. Age 25 and over, please.

St Augustine cottage

The cottage was absolutely the cleanest place we have ever rented. Felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect and the bathrooms were spotless!! The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed every second of our stay!!

Nights of Light

We came to St. Augustine for the Nights of Light and had an excellent stay. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. A big plus is the location - in walking distance to St. George Street and historic downtown. We definitely will consider this house for a future stay!!

Great experience. Great location. I saw this on other reviews and agree- for 100 the pillows could all be upgraded. The ones now are paper thin. Elliott was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable stay.

Perfect stay for small groups. Very close drive to tourist attractions. Very clean, neat and organized. We didn’t cook anything, but stocked with necessary amenities. Would suggest a tea pot and Kleenex. Great shower with plenty of hot water. We had a lovely stay.

Great, cozy cottage in Saint Augustine walking distance to everything!

My husband and I went with our good friends to celebrate my birthday. The cottage was clean and cozy. It was in a great location less than half a mile from all our favorite hot spots. I suggest having tissues and fuller, more fluffy pillows- other than that everything was perfect!

Weird Lay out

The property is okay. Has very small bedrooms and the bathroom are not connected to the one bedroom. Ok for a one couple not for two. Longer walk to the historic areas than stated.

Coordination was terrible. Couldn’t contact owner for key.

Inside of the house was very nice. We tried for two days to contact the owner even after we arrived at our rental property we couldn’t contact him. We thought we were caught in a scam. Vrbo couldn’t contact the owner either. Vrbo said they would give some of our money back even though it wasn’t our fault. The owner finally arrived with the key. The rest of our stay was good.

Great mother daughter weekend to unplug

This property was outstanding. Convenient to all attractions. The only thing that I would suggest would be to put numbers on the house to find it easier. The beds were very comfortable.Master bath was great. Call it a 9.999!!! Elliott was very attentive to anything that might come up.And for all the smokers out in review land this might be your place! Smoking is allowed on property outside the house I say again outside the house not across the street as some “ smoker friendly place advertised “ this was a super clean property I highly recommend it!Thank you for the enjoyable weekend!

An adorable cottage located in a great area and close downtown.There were no checkout instructions and I never heard back from the host. I took out the trash and placed the linens by the washer. I have a medium sized vehicle and found the parking to be really narrow. I'd stay again.

Cute house!

This house was super clean and worked very well for 2 couples. Appreciated the 2 off street parking spaces. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. Would have liked some tourist brochures or maps placed in the house. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely 3 night get away

This VRBO was a delightful find! The small home was charming, impeccably clean, and had a great TV for winding down after a busy day. Its location was incredibly convenient: a mere two-minute walk to a fantastic fish restaurant (a definite highlight!), and just a 10 Uber ride to all the downtown attractions. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple seeking a cozy and well-located base. Highly recommended!
