The house is settled on a cozy street and very walkable to most famous tourist attractions, historical downtown shopping, as well as many restaurants. It’s a short drive away from different neighborhoods. The host was very responsive to messages. Parking was very easy with an adequate driveway as well as free street parking. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
We enjoyed the clean home and had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and cooking on the grill. We would stay here again in the future.
We were 4 couples that came to St Augustine for a long weekend This property was perfect for all of us with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The fire pit was great in the evening after coming home from our 15 minute walk to Dog Rose Brewery The owner was very responsive when we initially could not get the wifi to work upon arrival. Beds were comfy, linens were nice There was enough kitchen pots & pans for us to have dinner at home one night> The weber gas grill was great We would not hesitate to stay here again Quiet neighborhood with other rental properties on the street.
The house is a short walk from downtown - great location! Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Our family enjoyed the large covered back deck and charming front porch. House was mostly clean and host was generally responsive to anything that needed attention (BBQ hadnt been cleaned, propane tank was empty, no toilet paper). However, some of the house is in severe need of updating -many of the mattresses were extremely old and uncomfortable. Back deck was in disrepair (we had to avoid some spots). Kitchen was not appropriately equipped - toaster did not work which was frustrating, and was not replaced while we were there. Poor quality utensils, no tea towels or drinking glasses, etc. Would stay again only if some changes were made.
Four adults and four teenagers stayed here for a weekend of college visits to Flagler and UNF. House was spacious with enough beds for everyone. Bathrooms are large and easily shared. We enjoyed the house and would stay here again.
