We had certain criteria for picking a VRBO property for our group of 2 senior couples. We needed a first floor house with few stairs and close to be able to walk to most attractions and Restaurants nearby. This house was perfect for both of those. There was spacious room with the open concept of kitchen, dinning and living area. Both bedrooms and baths were comfortable for each couple. The parking was onsite at the house so that was also a plus. It was also in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Morgan, met us at checkin and was easily available by text. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as pictured in the listing and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. The house was in a perfect location to take in historic St Augustine and the host communicated in a way that was very helpful.

Exceptional stay at this adorable duplex. Communication woth Host was stellar with quick responses. Home was roomy and well curated. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Great location as its minutes to walk to the main parts of Saint Augustine, but the property itself is in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and comfortable, would love to stay here again.
