Our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.

The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Charming!

Such a cute property, well within walking distance of the historical downtown and all the places we were headed to. Getting checked in was simple and the apartment we rented was so cozy and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the fact we couldn't stay longer to enoy the pool. Next time we're staying for a week at minimum!!!

Great place

Great rental in a very quiet location, easy to get to and so close to many major streets in the area. The unit was clean and tidy, beds are comfortable. The highlight was the pool and pool area. If we return to the area, we would definitely rent again!

Very well appointed unit. We stayed upstairs in the two bedroom two bath apartment. The unit was very clean and accommodating. The pool area was very nice, especially nice was the inside stairway that made it easier to get to the upstairs apartment. Conveniently located only a 15-minute walk to all downtown

Girls Weekend

The property was very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool area was just lovely and perfect for coffee in the morning or wine and cheese in the afternoon. The location was walking distance to many points of interest and we never had to drive more than 10 minutes. Would recommend this property.

Everything You Need

This property has everything to make your stay in St. Augustine a pleasant experience. We appreciated the ease of communicating with our Host. tough climb

I am 68 years old and cannot climb steps . No where in the description did it say that the rental was on the second floor with 20 steps to reach the top, straight up. I will ask more questions in the future. Called the owner and all they could say was sorry. They should be required to state that this apartment is on the second floor without an elevator.

Upstairs Apartment in Historic Area

This was my first time using VRBO. Hosts were lovely. This property was in walking distance to town. Beautiful pool, clean and well appointed apartment. We stayed upstairs…three other apartments are on the ground floor. The outside stairs are quite steep and difficult to lug up suitcases, food etc. would not recommend for small children or seniors with disability the upstairs apt #4. If I stayed again would want to stay on ground floor. Two parking spaces were provided with upstairs apartment… One for the ground floor apartments. When we first got there we were concerned with neighborhood but it turns out it is in the Historic area and homes are being renovated.

Great Location - Private Pool Oasis

My husband and I stayed in this property last week and loved everything about it. The property is within walking distance of the old town area (15 minutes easy stroll) and many other tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and very well stocked with more amenities than expcted, including laundry, kitchen and bathroom supplies. The apartment was large, and the backyard pool was phenomenal. It was a quiet, private space and the heated pool was perfect. The pool and patio were clean and regularly maintained and most of the time I had the pool to myself. As noted in other reviews, the Blue Hen restaurant is just a 5 minute walk and the food was some of the best we had during our entire visit. We had no issues that required us to reach out to Kirsten, but she was very proactive in her communication with us, and checked in personally when I ran into her to ensure that there was nothing we needed to make our stay better. We would definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Weekend with family to celebrate Daughters upcoming marriage

The location was a dream. We were able to walk to the downtown area in less then 10 minutes. Close to everything we wanted to do. The room we had was on the top floor and our door was on the outside. Good if you are ok with stairs. We had a back staircase that opened up into a hall at the back door of the pool. This hallway also opened up to the back door to our other family members unit which was great to walk back and forth to there room and the pool. The pool was our saving grace to cool off from the recent heat wave that Florida is experiencing. We jumped in the pool like three times a day. It was fantastic. I would definitely rent here again. Our only problem was parking. The parking area was tight. I had a truck and my sister had a expedition. If you have a small car or smaller suv, parking is fine. We would rent here again, highly recommend.

Beautiful complex !

Wonderful complex. Beautiful pool. Only a few things would of made it better. We had to buy a fan because it was so hot at night even set at 65. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up during the day so it wasn’t any cooler than 74. There was no air movement what so ever to cool anything down. The kitchen could have used a few more tools. We bought quite a bit of stuff and left it for the next guests. Over all our stay was wonderful. Beds and pillows were very comfy ! The shower was ok. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest and the shower head was not for someone under 6’0”. The parking was extremely tight but it worked. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful, all in all our place was great! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and were very sweet when they were on site !!

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 35 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas at the ages 30 and 25. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in in many different places throughout the US and overseas and now we live in St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.
