About this property

Waterfront Condo on Sebastian Harbor with pool and private 38' boat slip. Enjoy a beautiful view of Historic downtown St Augustine across the marsh. More than 50 restaurants and bars located within 1 mile of the condo. Great fishing from the dock or bring your boat and tie up to your private 38' floating dock. Swim in the pool located just steps from your back door. Recently updated bathrooms.

Our 2 story Villa offers a large living room/dining room combo with an open kitchen and breakfast bar downstairs along with a 1/2 bath and laundry room. We have 2 large bedrooms upstairs. The master has a king size bed and full bathroom. The guest bedroom is set up with twin beds and a bathroom in the hallway. All beds are pillow top mattresses with cotton sheets and comforters. Walk out the back sliders to the pool and docks or sit on the second floor balcony and enjoy the pool and waterfront view.

New high definition flat screen TV's in Living room (50”) and both bedrooms (39”). Wireless high speed internet throughout the villa with expanded channels on Xfinity. Kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room.

We take special pride in the cleanliness of our VRBO home!!! No expense is spared in keeping it immaculately clean, and fresh! Beautiful furniture, nice appliances & cold Air Conditioning!

We have 4 beach cruiser bikes and 2 mountain bikes for your use. 2 kayaks and life jackets. We have 2 parking spots, one in front of the unit and the second a single car garage.
Gas grill on back patio

Small dogs are welcome. Sorry no Cats!

Great location

Great stay, St Augustine city was very busy do to the holiday. The condo was less then a mile to center so we walked and got around faster then most. Didnt have to pay for parking.

Condo was built with bikes or bikes had flat tires condo was to have with kayaks couldn’t find kayaks or paddle’s condo was built up with the barbecue took an hour and a half to get it clean enough to use condo was built up yo be clean had to wipe down remote controls that were sticky clean up cockroaches on the floor and counters the garbage disposal it didn’t work i Mold in the dishwasher not real good on cleanliness part

River stay

Very clean. Great location. Would have given 5 stars on everything, but tenants before messed up a few things. Owner did everything they could being away. To fix took time from my family Overall a fantastic place. Great location. Really nice permanent neighbors. Very clean.
