Our perfect location offers access to CRESCENT BEACH across the street and miles of the MATANZAS (INTER COASTAL) RIVER at your doorstep! Our home is one of 12 unique town homes at the Point Matanzas complex that is 10 steps to the water and 10 min walk to the beach. With BEAUTIFUL UNOBSTRUCTED RIVER VIEWS from the master balcony and the 1st floor patio. The 2BR/2BA town home is equipped with King sized beds & quality linens. Wither you love Boating, fishing, surfing, or just soaking up the Florida sunshine, our unique home presents wonderful choices just steps away:

MORNINGS: Sip coffee from your master bedroom COFFEE BAR and relax on the private deck as you watch dolphins play and wave to the yachts as they head out to sea. Take a serene walk on the beach and experience the sunrise over the ocean as the coastal wildlife wakes before the rest of the world discovers this treasure.

DURING THE DAY: Grab beach chairs and towels and head to the beach or take a 15 min ride to explore ST. Augustine, our nation’s oldest city. Other options include a swim in our gated RIVERFRONT POOL, or paddle out on the river in our 2 KAYAKS for a chance to greet the manatees and sea turtles. Fish from the 500’ seawall in front of your own patio or from the PRIVATE 6 SLIP BOAT DOCK where you can also tie up your own boat and dress your dinner at the FISH CLEANING STATION.

EVENINGS: As the sun slips away, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and watch a SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC SUNSETS as the seabirds dot the skies in the backdrop of amazing colors over the water. The pelicans by the dozens line up and fly inches over the water on their way home- amazing! Great restaurants are close by for pickup or eat in and you can also prepare dinner in your FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. We supply you with quality appliances, cookware, paper goods, utensils, as well as the basic spices and condiments you will need for almost any meal. Take an evening beach stroll or watch one of the 3 TV’s equipped with ROKU, read a book from our library or play one of the many games displayed in our cabinet.

The private LAUNDRY ROOM stores the Kayak paddles, life vests, beach chairs, boogie boards, as well as the full-size washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience.

Bathrooms are equipped everything from linens, toilet paper, toiletries down to Q tips & nail polish remover.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
List overnight guests on the reservation. No parties or excessive noise. Travel Insurance encouraged. Guests are liable for damage + legal fees.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed at the property. Guests will be charged a $250 fine plus cost to remove smoke. Illegal drugs not permitted.

The owners were great and they provided all of the information and necessities we needed for our stay. The condo was beautiful and literally steps from the water. It was very close to beach access as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Place

We always enjoy our stay at Point Matanzas. We have rented other units but D6 is a great place. The porch and balcony furniture are very comfortable and thats where we spend a lot of our time watching the boats go by. The bed is super comfortable and we loved waking up with that view of the river. We highly recommend this place.

Just awesome in every way!

The complex is very peaceful and beautiful along the Matanzas. Our unit was so cute and so well appointed that we lacked for absolutely nothing. Jan has spoiled us for any future stays! We highly recommend this getaway!

Perfect Getaway!

This condo is in the perfect location for boating, manatee and dolphin sightings, relaxing outside and a quick trip to the pool or beach. It was well appointed with everything we needed and many thoughtful extras that made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The owners are very easy to communicate with and very responsive to all of our questions. We loved our stay here and hope to come back again soon!

We have stayed many places in St.Augustine but this place takes the cake! As soon as I walked in the living room I was met with a gorgeous view of the intercostal waterway and all my stress melted away. The condo was spotless and had the best beach vibe. The owner, Jan was amazing! She was there to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. I am already planning my next stay!!

We grew up in Jacksonville and we have always considered it home. Since we were old enough to drive, we would hop in my friend's VW after school and head for Cresent Beach! Although we live in Colorado, we spend as much time as we can in St. Augustine with old and new friends. We have traveled the world and nowhere else can you find such a unique mix of beautiful beach, historic charm and great people.

Why they chose this property

Mantanzas Point has always been our favorite place to stay and we talked for years about wanting to buy a place here- but only if we could have this view! The property and views are jaw dropping, the most comment statement is "you feel as if you are on a boat" - the water is so close. When Dawn and Clay told us they were selling we didn't think twice. We hope you will enjoy Beautiful Sunsets as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

This Townhome is so unique-not only for the quality of the property but also for its location. To be able to enjoy both the quite nature on the river and then walk across the street to the ocean can only be found here. I know of no other townhomes where the water is so close out your door that you can actually see and HEAR the dolphins come up for air as they swim by or feed. The Pelicans line up beak to tail by the dozens in the evening as the fly by, inches off the water, on their way to their nests-it's amazing! You are never without something new to see.
