Charming and comfortable cottage to stay in a great location! They thought of absolutely everything to make it the perfect get away stress free and enjoyable for everyone!
We stayed in town to take part in an annual visit from WIDESPREAD PANIC at the SAINT AUGUSTINE AMPHITHEATER. Deacon Chuck and his wife were wonderful and our preparation for visiting their city and property. The property was everything we could ask for. So many levels of comfort and access accessibility to the city. It really was the perfect location for our needs. We are super grateful to our hosts and look forward to hopefully returning next year. Thanks again.
We enjoyed staying in this cute house and walking in to town to enjoy the lights and boat parade. Easy to access, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and historic downtown shops. Would love to visit again!
We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was in walking distance to the trolley and even St George St with all the shops and restaurants. It was a nice neighborhood to walk our dog.
Hosts thought of everything. Once I got there, did not have to drive anywhere. Not rven for a supply run. Hosts had thought of everything. Would definitely stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the little yellow house. It is very quiet and in a good area. The bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable and most of the furniture fit the era the house was built in. We walked most places from the house.

nice property, great location
This very clean house was perfect for our month stay. It was about a mile from town, but there were many places of interest within walking distance. we also rode our bikes to a few places. There were many close beaches to choose from, and we tried them all!. Our stay was easy, and our hosts accommodating. We would stay here again.

Relaxing long weekend
Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and cozy place. Our only complaint is there were very limited TV program options. Would have been nice to have more channels or Netflix or even a DVD player.
Overall the house was full of amenities. Easy access and location was perfect. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and worn. The bedframe was shaky. The second bedroom could have a lamp of some sort. We would rent again.
This 1925 cottage has everything you need and is so close to attractions. I loved it was a short walk to things I wanted to see and do. It was clean, well cared for and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again. Cozy, peaceful, very enjoyable. Comfortable beds. Comfortable couch. Comfortable setting. Loved reading on the front porch. Neighbors very nice as well.

Quaint little cottage right near downtown
We loved our stay here! It is walking distance to historic downtown (less than a mile to Castillo de San Marcos and the city gate). It's practically across the street from the fountain of youth. Shops, restaurants and cafes all around. Charles provides everything you need to make yourself comfortable. He even has beach towels for your short trip to the beach (St Augustine beach less than 2 miles away, the lighthouse even closer than that). We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
We loved this cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the trolley station. We loved sitting out on the front porches and reading. It was quiet and calm, which was surprising with how close to the trolley station and main road the house is. The second room is very small - it was fine for kids, but would be small for another 2 adults. The owners were kind and helpful. They reached out to let us know they were available, but did not hover. We had no problems to report, however. We loved the property!
Charles and Darlene are good hosts. The Cottage was as advertised good location and size was perfect for our needs. The Cottage does need some TLC though, but was clean. I am not the type to critique but I was reminded that this is a business so I wanted to make sure my review is as accurate as possible.

Our "little yellow vacation home" was a perfect stay while visiting St Augustine. The early 20th century home gave a throwback feeling to the old city appeal, but of course with all the modern comforts of today. We spent our Thanksgiving weekend there enjoying the full kitchen with all the necessary amenities to cook. The TV over the fireplace was perfect for watching the games. The porch was great for sitting outside for breakfast. Back yard just the right size for our four legged family member. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Home is situated within walking distance of San Marco and the old city. Ghost tours are everywhere, however if your planning on a walking tour do it with Dion (office right next to the oldest school house) he was awesome. We would stay here again if back in St Augustine.
The property was as advertised. The owners were quick to respond to messages and provide help/assistance when needed. The space met my needs and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
We arrived on Friday and stayed until the following Friday morning.
The house was exquisite and very beautiful. It made you feel home away from home. Perfect location to access everything that's is St Augustine. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The owner are friendly and very respectful. They always responded quickly when we had a question. We absolutely loved it there and will be back multiple times

Great stay, would do it again. No problems. Tram was close by as was other places to visit. Easy drive to downtown garage also which was perfectly located.
Couldn’t have asked for a better location to visit historic St. Augustine. Loved the cottage. Front porch was great to relax after a day of sightseeing.. we lacked for nothing in the cottage. A lot of thought went into comfort.

We have stayed at many VRBOs and always look at cleanliness, comfort and close proximity to area attractions. Cleanliness and comfort get 3 stars, location gets 5.
