We are located right downtown, and our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building, fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool. The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1 - November 1).

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
1 designated Parking spot on the property plus unmetered street parking, full bath, and washer/dryer is just some of what it has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to try out some local ingredients.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.
Located in the heart of historic Lincolnville downtown St. Augustine, attractions, shopping and restaurants are plentiful within a short walking distance. The area has a festive atmosphere all year long and especially at holiday time.
As you relax on the porch, maybe on Sundays enjoying the gospel music from the oldest Church in Lincolnville, you will feel that history comes alive when you stay at this house.
Should you choose to wander the tree lined streets of the historic district, to enjoy the fresh sea breeze along the bay front or to discover the shops of St. George Street, your options for an afternoon stroll are endless. If your feet tire, trolleys, taxis and pedicabs are always nearby to carry you home.
Wonderful sandy beaches are only 5 miles away and options for rental of kayaks, paddle boards, small sailboats or jet skis are nearby.

Great Girls Trip

Perfect location for downtown St Augustine. Loved the place with onsite pool and outdoor seating. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away and walk to all the restaurants shops and historic sightings!

Anniversary celebration

We have stayed at this property numerous times and it’s always a wonderful experience. The place is always extremely clean and provides all the extra little perks. We love the location because we can walk to our favorite restaurants, shopping and everything the downtown area has to offer. The host makes the process simple and is always so helpful. We love it And will be back again!

Great Stay

Everything was just as described. Location was perfect for several families attending a wedding; each had their own space but shared outdoor space. Patio and pool area were wonderful. Planning to return in warmer weather!

Great place!

Family of 4 stayed for a week, perfect location! We had everything we needed for the week. Only complaint is the bed/pillows not very comfortable. The pool was awesome would definitely stay again!

The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Nice pool area; great location for walking to the main St. Augustine downtown. When I had a question, Kirsten responded very quickly.

Cozy condo with a great location

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The house had good space with a nice pool. We were within walking distance to downtown, so were able to walk to get a bite to eat, shop, get a coffee, or visit historic sights. The neighborhood is rich in history, and we noticed new areas/sights each time we drove/walked the area. It was also an easy drive to the beach. Kirsten responded quickly with any questions, and check in/out were simple. We highly recommend this property.

Great location

As always, A+ property, A+ owner, walk to everything. Our favorite place to get away from the MN cold. Everything was perfect except for one thing, and I know it is very difficult to screen the renters but the renters next to us last weekend almost sent us packing early. Loud TV, music, and totally out of control hyper active children. Over the years we've been there, other renters have always been quiet and respectful. We'll be back. thank you

Short Stay

We were in town for a wedding and a little celebration for my husband’s birthday. Location was waking distance to shops and restaurants. We walked over to O.C Whites and had a great time. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed in a downstairs unit that had everything we needed. Unit was clean and had the essential items. We didn’t end up getting an opportunity to use the pool, looked very nice. The only constructive feedback I could add would be regarding the bed. The queen bed was pretty harsh for multiple nights. A nice 3” memory foam topper would make a big difference. We are smaller/average sized people and it was like sleeping on a board. Overall we were happy with our rental and had a great time.

Great lil apartment, very clean and well kept. Had most things we didn’t bring. Great little pool and porch to have a drink on. The parking is a tight squeeze but once you do it a few times you get it easily.

Das Appartement war genauso wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, von Spülmittel, Handseife, Shampoo etc. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig. Wir waren gerne im Pool und haben abends draußen gesessen. Der Kontakt zu Kirsten war ebenfalls sehr nett. Bei Fragen hat sie wirklich sofort geantwortet und auch Dinge empfohlen.Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, so dass man zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen kann. Das haben wir tagsüber für eine Trolley-Tour genutzt oder abends nach dem Essen, um tolle Livemusik in einem der schönen Hinterhöfe zu genießen. Das Appartement liegt in einem Viertel mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund.

The property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice and featured a covered area for seating. Proximity to downtown was excellent, although the area is under redevelopment. Only one thing would’ve made it five star and that’s if only the beds were comfortable.

Wedding weekend

Extended family stay for kids, aunts and uncles ages 7-70 for a family wedding nearby. Was perfect space with each having separate space and community space. Pool was great! Big, perfect temp, and clean.

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 42 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.

What makes this property unique

Lincolnville is so authentic because it's one of the few areas of downtown that have a real neighborhood.
