Best house in the short term rental market!

Built in 2023 with entire house newly furnished. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, trailer parking and INCREDIBLE backyard you won’t want to leave.. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, with the 4th having full over full bunk beds. 55” smart tv’s in every bedroom. 65” in living room. Free Wi-Fi. Very stylish house with comfort and fun built in. Backyard has bbq grill, wood fired pizza oven, Traeger smoker, large solo stove fire pit, putting green and more! The house is in a residential neighborhood with familes on both sides. Our house is not a party house. Ita a great place to have fun, but we are respectful of our neighbors. There is a noise ordinance in place at nights set by the community.

The best Vrbo house we’ve ever stayed

Me and my family were looking for a nice quiet house to enjoy while our house was being built This house was a perfect fit for us. Very quiet family oriented neighborhood everyone around very friendly Not too far from Bullhead, Laughlin city and the Colorado river. The owner stayed in communication with any needs that we had. We definitely enjoyed ourselves barbecuing and sitting around the fire pit at night. All the rooms have TVs and are very spacious and that’s a definite plus for us. Kitchen is a perfect size the house was very clean there’s not much more you can ask for we enjoyed every minute.

3 golf buddies up in Bullhead for an weekend. Did not want to stay at casinos. This house was perfect. Great condition, awesome backyard. Very clean. This house was close to everything we did over the weekend. The owner was great, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Highly recommend this location!!

My wife and I, along with are three children bought this house for our own vacation home in 2023. We decided to rent it out short term since we won’t be using it a lot of the time. We spent a lot of time making this house as comfortable and fun as we could think of.

Why they chose this property

This house is great after long days on the river. Plenty of rooms for large families. The side yard is big enough to park a truck and trailer on so you can keep your toys hooked up. The ENTIRE inside is brand new. From furniture to dishes. You won’t find a cleaner house around. The backyard is beautiful and a great place to hang at nights or for the entire day!
