Great property! This has everything you could want in an STR. The house has a beautiful layout, two out door kitchens, beachfront… comfortable beds, a bathroom for every bedroom. This house is perfect! Thank you for a great stay!

Property was beautiful and definitely family/kid friendly! We were 6 adults and 6 kids so this house was perfect for us. Property owner and Bobby were both amazing throughout the process - very attentive and responsive. Looking forward to our next stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is well stocked. It has easy access to the river, as we brought our easy up and spent a lot of the time down at the beach. Very convenient to have our seadoo’s right at the dock. We really enjoyed the pool area also. Jon’s property caretaker Bobby, is really helpful and takes care of any issues that might arise. Jon’s place is very user friendly and a great place for a family vacation.

This was such a great river trip! The entertainment house was amazing and had so many different outdoor spaces to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. We had an absolute blast and made some great memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

We have been renting this beautiful river house every summer for the past 15 years, and it has become one of our family's favorite traditions. The home is always spotless, well-maintained, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway.The owner is absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always available if we have a question or need anything during our stay. It's clear they truly care about their guests and take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.Year after year, our experience has been exceptional, and we can't imagine spending our summers anywhere else. Celebrated my son’s 21st birthday here with some friends and let me tell you, it was the best! The house is amazing! You have the luxury of a river front property, a cool bar area, a huge kitchen, a beautiful salt water pool, and 2 outdoor areas that are super cool. The bar and lounge are in front of the river was awesome. A private beach with a boat launch all to yourself! Definitely coming back.

Jon is an Outstanding host! Great communication and a beautiful home! Great for big families. The house was so comfortable and gave so many options for the kids to stay busy, men to fish and even off-road trails to enjoy close by. We will definitely be back!
