Includes 2 RV 50 amp hook-ups, with sewer.

Total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

2 master bedrooms with walk-in closets, double vessel sinks, double shower-heads, granite counter-tops, and private toilet. King beds in both master bedrooms, plus mounted flat screen in each room. Both rooms have direct access to back patio with view of water.

Third bedroom, in main house, has a queen bed, plus a flat screen television. Has direct access to pool.

Full outdoor kitchen next to pool. Includes flat screen television, plus outdoor fireplace. Pool with waterfall.

Pool house has a queen size bed, plus full bathroom. Also includes flat screen.

House has a private beach, boat and watercraft launch area, plus a private bar overlooking the water.

Full size kitchen.

Washer and dryer.

Prices vary depending on holiday and month:

RV hook-ups available on site. Additional cost of $75 per RV, per night.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out trashes inside and outside of the house including bathrooms, kitchen, outside bar, pool area and dispose into the dumpster out front of the house when checking out.
Don’t leave dishes in sink. Put dishes into dishwasher and start. Do not move any inside or outside furniture. Outdoor umbrellas must remain closed unless using them to prevent damages.
Leave towels in showers. Do not strip beds Sweep up pet hair or any obvious trash left on floor. Wipe up or mop any spills. Quick wipe stove, microwave and fridge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing property directly on the river. We were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday and this house did not disappoint. From the whole home surround sound, salt water pool, full chefs kitchen and two bbq areas we never lacked for a place to keep the fun going. Plenty of space to enjoy together but separate spots to get away if you need.We had a great time lounging on the private beach and utilized the dock for our boat. Everything in this house was well thought out for a great stay on the river. All appliances are high end and work great, was able to make meals for 8 people with no issues.If you’re looking for a great “off the beaten path” spot on the river, this is your property. Host was very communicative and answered any question we had. Check in/out was very easy. We will definitely book here again, if we can find an open date. There’s a reason this place is always booked.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this river house. The home is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Wonderful property!

We had such a wonderful time and plan to stay there again. The owner was very easy to reach, and the personal walk-through upon arrival was very helpful. The private beach is spectacular and our dogs were in heaven!

Chose this property since my family, friends, and I would visit often during holidays and the summer for over 15 years. It's right on the water, plus there is a private beach where the kids can play, while the adults sit at the bar, overlooking the beach. When I purchased this property, it was nothing but land. The house was built to my tastes and needs.

What makes this property unique

It's a great place to get away from your busy life, and just relax. The location is amazing, and neighbors are friendly. It's perfect for anyone that enjoys water activities, going on dirt bikes, jeeps, and other desert toys. It's also a great place if you like laying out by the water, while eating, sleeping, or catching up on some reading.
