Back house on a Riverfront lot. Beach is shared with two other houses on property. Located across the water from the Needles golf course and 19th hole Bar and Grill. Newly renovated 3 bedrooms 2 bath quiet retreat. The master bedroom features a cal king bed, river view, walk-in closet , and private bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds. Perfect for couples who want to get away or families. Spacious living room and open dinning area. Private back yard with mission lights and BBQ great for a relaxing evening. Play golf at the Golf Course across the water. Use private launch at own risk or drive to Launch your watercraft at the needles marina or jack smith both just a short drive over the bridge. Tons of trails to ride motorcycles and atv’s. Very close to the 3 mile dunes. Snowbirds welcome.

Last boating trip for the season

We have stayed in the main house and it was amazing. This is our first time staying in one of the back homes and we were very pleased. Jolene is great and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful Location with Nice Beach

This property is in a wonderful location. There is a short walk to the shared beach on the property and it’s well worth it! Nice clean beach and room for water toys and rafts. Joleen was so accommodating with any questions and helpful during our stay. The house was clean and the air conditioner worked excellent in 119 degree weather! We frequent the river often and I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

I have been going to the river my whole life, one of the best beaches on the river. Super soft sand without rocks, boat ramp great for those who are able to launch on the river. The house was perfect for my group of friends and family. Enough sleeping spaces for kids and the beds were super comfortable. The owner Joleen was super friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to book here again!
