As you enter the home, you'll be drawn through the grand wide entryway as you walk into the entertaining space with waterfront views, a 9ft slider, and large picture windows in the distance. A relaxing living room looks out onto the back porch and private community lake. A full-size dining room table seats 8 comfortably for large family meals.

This beautiful home is all one level (no steps) featuring an open concept main room and offers three bedrooms with one Cal-King bed and two queen beds. Perfect for families, this home offers a spacious living room for movie nights and a large yard for playtime. A fully stocked kitchen with a large bar top and ample counter space allows you to easily prepare meals while entertaining. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances including a gas cook-top, microwave range hood, and large refrigerator. Many food prep tools are included, such as a Ninja Foodi, air fryer, crockpots, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, large mixing bowls, roasting pan, and both non-stick and stainless steel cookware for the chefs in your family. Wine glasses, margarita glasses, shot glasses, spices, condiments, tea, and enough coffee for your first couple of days are all provided.

The kitchen opens to the large great room featuring a plush white Ashley cloud sofa, large 58" Vizio Smart TV with Apple TV, internet + Chromecast, and plenty of natural light. On the opposite wing of the great room, you'll find a beautiful round glass dining table with soft velvet chairs set beside wraparound windows overlooking the water — the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view.

The master bedroom features a Cal-King bed, dresser, nightstands, and a private entrance to the backyard. Attached is the master bathroom with dual vanities, a sunken tub, and a walk-in tile shower. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed, 60" TV, large windows for natural light, and blackout linen drapes for privacy and sleeping in. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed, large sliding closet, and an additional twin air mattress for extra sleeping needs. A full guest bathroom with ample storage, towels, and counter space sits conveniently between bedrooms 2 and 3. The home also includes a laundry room with top-load washer and front-load dryer.

The property also features a private casita with its own separate entrance — perfect for multi-family vacations, guests wanting additional privacy, or older children who enjoy having their own retreat. The casita includes a queen bed, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, spacious walk-in shower, mirrored slider closet doors, and plenty of room for luggage, creating a comfortable and private extension of the home.

Outside on the back patio, enjoy 180-degree unobstructed water views. A queen-size outdoor daybed sits beneath the breakfast window with soft white cushions and pillows — perfect for cozy mornings watching the sunrise. Just outside the master bedroom French doors are two custom wine barrel Adirondack chairs with a matching table to relax and enjoy the lake views throughout the day. A fire pit is also available for use.
