House was amazing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property and will definitely be back. Dock was perfect for boat. The amenities were great! Extra paper towels, tons of additional plates and coffee. Loved the downstairs area with pool table and full refrigerator. Jessica was awesome getting back with us regarding any questions. Front parking area was perfect for boat trailer and three cars.

Just Perfect

We stayed three nights. The booking process was easy, the location on the water, the dock was ideal for our boat and skis. The home, the view was just perfect, clean, spacious, all the amenities we needed to cook every meal. Such a bonus to park the trailers and trucks on the driveway. Just a perfect getaway for us!

One of the best vacation rentals i've experienced. The only dowside pertains to the low water levels on the Colorado River. We have a 25' Tritoon and given the low/minimum water levels, it prevented us from fully enjoying this particular location.

Breathtaking home

I cannot begin to say how amazing this property is. Absolutely everything is brand new and fully modern. The owners thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and practical . My family and friends came out for the weekend to take our jet skis on the river and relax. It’s definitely one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever stayed in. I will be renting this over and over again.

We loved this house.. I am hoping we can stay again next winter/spring. The view is outstanding over the river. The house is immaculate. The space is divided to allow for lots of people yet enough space for private spaces. Big beautiful living/ dining and kitchen. The basement kitchen was nice, but we only used it a little. The wonderful decks.. if we had had more people we would have used it all a lot more.. but we still loved it and would stay again. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. again.. Excellent is the best description of the whole experience

From beginning to end, the host, Jessica, kept me up to date on everything via VRBO messaging system. The place was superb! First class in every sense of the term. Clean, bright, totally prepared for immediate move-in. From utensils to appliances to linens, everything was flawless. The place lived up to its images on VRBO. The professional upkeep of the place was equally matched by the excellent and critically prompt service from the host. Upon departure, we realized we had left behind something at the property. The host responded immediately (again via the VRBO messaging system) and helped us to resolve the issue. Thank you, Jessica! We plan on returning.
