Our Riverfront home is located in Bullhead City Arizona across from the casinos in Laughlin Nevada. Our four-bedroom three bath home is ideally located five miles south of the casinos on the Arizona side of the Colorado river. This 2700 sq. foot spacious home has been remodeled. The entire house is equipped with a whole house air purification system for your comfort and safety (https://rgf.com/test-results/ ).The kitchen has new cabinets, counter tops, drinking water filtration system, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen has all you would need to prepare that special meal. The entire house has new flooring. All the bathrooms have been updated. The house is fully equipped with all linens, paper goods, soaps, and cooking utensils. Our vacation rental has two master suites both with king size beds and two additional bedrooms one with queen and the other one with a king size bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs family room and in the upstairs living room. The upstairs master bathroom has a large, jetted tub plus a large shower and double sinks. The large upstairs guest bathroom has a tub with a shower over it also has double sinks. The living room dining room and kitchen are both on the entry level on the first floor. The large living room which is equipped with a 60'' RokuT.V, Fireplace, and a wet bar, opens to a full-length deck with a propane BBQ, propane firepit, propane heater and large dinning table. The adjoining dinning room also has an unobstructed river view. The second master bedroom is located downstairs with a large window overlooking the river and an adjoining bathroom with a tub and shower over. The family room on the lower level has a game table and a 42’’T.V. with a large picture window overlooking the river and downstairs deck The deck is equipped with a gas fire pit, seating area, with direct access to the sandy beach and river. The beach has a wood burning firepit with ample seating. The floating dock has three jetski ports plus room to tie up a 20’ boat it also has seating for two on the dock The laundry room is a separate room off the garage. The three-car garage has an additional refrigerator, two exercise machines and weights. We have also supplied an air compressor to inflate your water toys.
