About this property

3 Br 2 bath condo overlooking the Colorado River. Located directly across from Laughlin, Nv. and all the Laughlin Casinos. Condo is decorator quality furnished. Complex has pool, spa, water taxi pickup dock, boat launch, dock.
Master bedroom contains King size bed. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has two single size beds. Unit includes all linens, towels, dishes and pots and pans.

PREFERENCE IS FOR A MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL

Very disappointed

unit is overpriced, carpet matted, dirty and needs to be replaced. Unit required some cleaning before one felt comfortable. Only one of the televisions worked upon arrival. took two weeks to get it straighten out, which we had to do ourselves as the owner quit returning our calls and text messages. Would not rent from this individual again.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed staying at the condo. Good and quiet location. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, good kitchen cookware supplies and spaces to relax.
