This property has everything need to rest and relax! Beautiful views all around while grilling and eating. Conveniently located close to grocery store, gas station, casinos, river, and Lake!

The house was quite spacious for a large family, the view is very nice to enjoy a sunshine as well as for a beautiful sunrise. The only thing was that it was not completely clean and did not have enough cooking utensils but inside everything we had a great time.

Strip View

House was roomy for a family of 9, with pool table, ping pong table and pool /spa there was plenty of things to keep people entertained. At night the house has a great view of the strip lit up. House was clean and we had no issues. Will plan a return trip to this property.

Picture's make this property seem much nicer than it is.

The hot tub and pool are tiny, hot tub was not hot. The house water smelled for at least a day (like rotten eggs). The furniture was dated and also had a smell. The pool table had no usable cues or a light. Would not stay there again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. We have never had complaints about the size of the pool and hot tub in the past. - When notified about the hot tub not heating, our maintenance company fixed the issue, and the hot tub is back to temperature. We apologize this impacted your stay. - Due to the location of our property, our water comes from the City which causes the smell. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. - We were unaware of the missing items with the pool table and will work to get this corrected so other guests don't share the same experience. While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Not as advertised

The check in was fine, but the place had a strong order of the septic system. Turned out the showers are the problem, and after airing out for two days the problem improved. The spa was a big reason for booking the place, but it never warmed up in spite of the efforts of the host. About 1/3 of the wall outlets did not work. Location is a tired neighborhood, 10 minutes drive from the casinos. All in all, we were disappointed and we will try somewhere else next time we visit Laughlin.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We have never experienced problems with bad odors and our cleaning team did not report anything unusual during their cleaning before your stay. That being said we apologize for the inconvenience and will look into what may have caused the odor -We encourage guests to reach out and inform us of all issues while they are in residence so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. As for the spa, it was a propane issue that has since been fixed and we have asked Evolve to issue you a credit for the inconvenience We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.

Save your money!! Don't do it!

The property on the website looks to be nice new clean furnishings and bedding. Very far far from it! Extremely dirty...nail clippings, dirt, bottle caps and wrappers all over the floor. Bugs in the refrigerator. Old moldy coffee in the top of coffee pot. Hair scrunchies in the shower(NOT CLEAN) all bedding stained possibly not even washed. Dog hair all over the couches.You will not be able to use the bbq without getting something its so dirty. No outdoor furniture other than plastic tables and very dirty broken pool chairs. All windows and doors can not be opened which was a big inconvenience. 1 roll of toliet paper in each bathroom for 4 days 7 people. The pool was amazing for us(just to lounge in)The view and location were good. Also the cameras all around the outside constantly whistling(recording)made my family feel very uncomfortable as if we didn't have any privacy while in the pool and hanging out. Save your money and book a hotel!! Motel 6 has cleaner rooms/beds than this expensive house!

Pool house

The house could have been cleaned prior to our check in. Also, the floors were sticky and dirty throughout the house and there was a lot of dust on the floor. The bathroom in one of the rooms didn’t flush and I emailed the property management company but no one got back to me. The pool was ok but it looked bigger in the pictures.

The property was great for the most part. The location is great! The photo's were a bit deceiving. The rooms were smaller then expected, the water is not potable. ( No mention of this until arrival.) The pool looks way bigger online. The bathrooms were not filthy but not very clean. All in all it was okay at best. Could be improved quite a bit. Compare this to a 2-3 star hotel.

Excellent Spot

We stayed in Bullhead for a wrestling tournament and loved the house. It was perfect for the size of my family and it had some fun amenities like a Pool and Ping Pong table. There is a TV in every room and the place was clean and presentable. There is also a swimming pool and a hot tub. Great place for a family to stay.

Gorgeous Views

The morning and evening views at this property make you want to be there from sun up to sun down! With a pool, spa, ping pong and pool table there was plenty to do! The casinos are a hop away. It’s more than spacious for everyone. Plenty of seating for eating and hanging out both inside or outside. The property management and owner of the property were quickly available for questions both before we arrived and while at the property. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

House in Bullhead Arizona with pool

We loved the house. The pool and jacuzzi were just amazing! The home is on a hill so the view to Laughlin,NV casinos was incredible, especially at night! Very close to Colorado River! The family had an awesome time! We are ready to come back next year for our birthdays! And Barbara, the guest contact ( owner of the home) was such an amazing person. Very friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed. The house has everything you need for a vacation. We didn’t want to come back home! I recommend this home for family of 10 or less!

Excellent weekend !!

We had an amazing weekend. The house was actually a little more than we expected. Nicely furnished, Master bedroom was very nice. Second bedroom with the Queen had a little half bathroom which made it nice. Pool And jacuzzi were perfect. It was really nice coming back after a kind day at the river or lake, to Bbq while the kids played in the pool. It is a very comfortable house, with views of the Casinos and the river. Our host Barbara was very helpful and returned calls right away. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice home with a beautiful river view.

The house has a great view of the river and the casinos! The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The pool table was fun for the family along with the big tv in the living room. Plenty of outside seating near the pool. We will definitely be back!
