Clean home and property, wonderful neighbors and host. I did have to remove all the smelly air fresheners from the house due to allergies. I put them back before check out.

I have rented about 35 homes the past 20 years on 3 continents and this is one of the best! It definitely is the best as far as amenities and how well stocked it is with everything you might need for your stay. It is a beautiful home with fabulous views and better than the listing photos. We had our whole family and grandkids there for a family reunion with cousins from California who stayed in another home nearby. They were jealous as their rental sadly did not compare to this beautiful home we were so fortunate to stay in. The younger ones enjoyed the paddle boards and bikes very much. Our host Kim was wonderful as well. She is the most communicative host I’ve ever worked with. She even arranged for us to reserve the community park for a large event to connect with all the cousins who live nearby. This was truly a wonderful week with many memories made. If you can, rent this home 100%! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thank you Kim and Arne!

Wow - This vacation rental is truly amazing! The entire house is thought out to the smallest detail. From the lovely products stocking the bathrooms to the number of appliances and tools made available in the kitchen to the sport equipment (paddle boards, bikes, helmets, and life vests) there was nothing more we could have wanted. Beach chairs, comfortable deck furniture, hammocks, beach towels and beach toys for the kids were all available. In the kitchen we found a large selection of K-cups for the Keurig, basic spices, and ground coffee for the pot. The view is outstanding. Beach access is so convenient - the ladder from the deck down to the beach might be a challenge for an older adult though. We also made use of the children’s park which is just a short walk down the beach. The beach is fairly rocky but if you walk down past the park there are sandy areas for kids to play. Our kids loved climbing on the driftwood. The water is clear and shallow. We had some really calm afternoon water which made for great paddle boarding. My only suggestion is to get rid of the plug in air fresheners. The fragrance was really overwhelming. We unplugged them upon walking in. The kind size bed is very, very firm but we got used to it.Loved this rental! We have stayed in many VRBO houses and this one is absolutely the best we have experienced.

Great Property/Great Getaway

Location was excellent right on water. The property was incredibly well appointed and designed and with guests in mind. Great light, modern appliances and fixtures throughout both indoors and outside as well. Owner was very communicative before check in to make sure we got to everything OK and with any guidance. Really enjoyable and will likely be returning this year for a quick easy get away.

We had such a great stay at the Gone Coastal Beach House! House was as advertised and comfortably fit our family of 5. We loved how well-stocked the house was (toiletries, kitchen needs, even yoga mats!). The location was perfect - right on the beach with lots of driftwood forts for the kids to play in, and plenty of blackberry brambles for fresh blackberry picking. Communication with the host was prompt and very responsive. Definitely a spot we’d return to again and again.
