It sleeps six, and is a short walk or golf cart ride from multiple amenities including beach, restaurant and bar, adult pool, hot tub, Children's pool, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, gym, canoes, sailboats, kayaks, fishing docks, and the general store. Only 20 miles from Boston, and minutes from tax free NH. Central Air, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and patio dining and lounge area. Washer/Dryer, Wifi, linens and towels included. No Pets allowed. Golf cart available upon request.
