Blue Haven is a one story home equipped with a master suite, a bunk room with queen and double beds, an additional bathroom, laundry closet, living room, dining room, and a screened in front porch. The kitchen is well stocked and has all major appliances. There is a side access door off of the master suite.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Carlton Landing is a beautiful development that has all you need for a relaxing family vacation. Blue Haven was a great rental that provided all we needed for restful evenings after a full day swimming, kayaking, outdoor movie watching, etc.

Great place to relax and make memories

We had so much fun staying here. Our kids loved the pac man game table, games and activities. Carlton Landing is an oasis close to home, we will be back again soon!

Blue Haven is Heaven

We had an amazing stay here. Great property and location. Very easy for our family to settle in and feel comfortable. The kids loved the games that were available, and I loved my morning coffee on the screened in porch. We are so grateful for our time in this place!

Blue Haven, a very special place

Cozy home away from home. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, and Charla was wonderful in immediately answer our questions. Loved sitting on the screened in porch in the early morning drinking coffee and visiting with our friends. Relaxing getaway!

Perfect Getaway

Blue Haven was perfect for our family. Everything was easy about the process was easy, the home was very clean. It's the perfect place to escape and relax. The amenities at the house were amazing, something for everyone (including our young boys). Would stay again!

Picture Perfect In Every Way!

This was the most fun and relaxing stays I've ever had. We truly felt like we were in a Hallmark movie set. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind and helpful. So much to the and the interactive mural in town was so much fun! We will deninately be going back.This was a girls trip with our adult children and everyone of us loved it!

Great stay at Blue Haven

The house was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved the big beds in the bunk room and playing with legos and board games. The host responded immediately when I had a question. The kitchen is full of every kind of dish and cookware you might need. Screened in porch is a bonus and the info folder was thorough- you can tell the hosts have a great sense of humor and take pride in their home.

Pac Man machine for the win!

The house was the perfect size for our family of five. Check in was seamless and everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with the sewer that was no one’s fault and the owner was very responsive and provided the best alternative she could! That’s all I could ask for in a host. The Pac-Man game was such a hit with my kids we may have to get our own! What I would have liked to know before coming: 1. This is a primarily Fri-Sun morning vacation spot. 2. There are no restaurants open in town on Sunday past 4 3. No lake toys (kayaks, lily pad, paddle board) available on Sunday at all 4. Bring your own beverages for the length of your stay!

Excellent property. Exactly as described, very well stocked with essentials and extras that other hosts don’t provide. Will definitely consider staying here again next time we come to Carlton Landing. We visited during the off season (April), so Carlton Landing was very quiet. That was what we wanted but keep in mind that there aren’t any real food and drink options during the week, so be prepared to drive to another town and/or buy groceries (also in another town) and cook at the property.
