GORGEOUS GULF OF MEXICO VIEWS from this 1st FLOOR UNIT (parking on ground level). Gulf front unit with a gulf front view from the overlooking balcony and the master suite. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plus a bunk room. We love that this unit has all the kitchen appliances w/ a laundry room w/ washer and dryer. You will enjoy the balcony with nice polywood chairs. We provide a couple beach chairs as well as beach service during the season. The beach is beautiful on Oklaloosa Island and good for the soul!

This condo is absolutely perfect, the location was great and the view was amazing! Jacqueline was great and quick to respond to any and all of our messages. Definitely recommend for a family, they had tons of sand toys so you dont have to pack any from home. Really can't say enough great things about this place.

Our stay was great. The view was alittle blocked because we were on a low floor but that could not be helped. We were very close to the water and we enjoyed our stay!!The tv in one of the bedrooms did not work or at least we could not get it to but was not a problem because we were out on the beach the majority of our time and when we were not we were busy at something else.

Such a cute and charming condo! Location was perfect in regards to the beach, the pool, restaurants, and stores! Our family had the best time despite the incoming hurricane. Owner was kind to checkin and give us storm instructions.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The space was comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 adult children. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. I liked the "take some leave some" cabinet that had coffee and spices. Playing on the beach was a great way to spend Thanksgiving.

Wonderful time at this condo perfect for a family with kids. Will definitely stay at this condo again. The owners are really nice and very prompt on any issue you may have. Condo has all you need for cooking along with extras.

Very clean, very cute!

This was the first time we rented a condo that actually had beach equipment for the guests to use, so that was a nice surprise. The property was clean, well maintained and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend to family and friends.

The condo is updated and decorated in a super cute beach theme. It’s a nice spacious unit located on first floor with east access to pool and beach. We enjoyed our family vacation in this unit. The owner was super accommodating and helpful!!

Perfect for Large Families

This is a great condo. It’s located very close to the beach and on the first floor. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out with plenty of places to sleep. They had plenty of towels and little extras that normally don’t come with a condo such as extra sponges, toilet paper, towels, coffee and ect. It was a nice touch. The balcony is extremely close to the pool and can be a little noisy if you are an early or late sleeper. We had a great time and will be back!

Clean and easy access to shopping and restaurants

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Dunes in Fort Walton. The condo layout was perfect for our family and within easy access to shopping and restaurants. The only thing I would like to point out is the master bedroom and living room is right by the pool. We felt we had to keep curtains closed for privacy as patrons visiting the pool could see straight in. And, although the pool is supposed to close at 10pm, there were often people in the pool beyond closing time. So just be aware of that if the noise would be bothersome to you. Otherwise, this property worked perfectly for our family.
