Fantastic Place!

The house was just as described and very clean and hospitable. We had a group of 10 women and appreciated all the beds. The check in and out process was so easy and Brianna was a great host-very quick and responsive and lots of great info! As described, parking isn’t easy, but since we were there for a weekend we were able to get parking very close and free for the weekend. Would highly recommend this place for a stay in Philly if you have a large group. The location is fantastic as well, we walked most places which was perfect! Thank you Brianna!

Nice Family Spot

Nice roomy home centrally located to most anything needed. My family felt safe and comfortable in both the home and the area. Only downside is parking, but that's just how the city is. However, once you have a spot, walking to a desired destination is easy. Host was very responsive and pleasant to interact with. Plenty of supplies in the home to accommodate the needs those staying there. The roof top view was quite nice.
