Located on the Gold Coast of Sea Pines and surrounded by lush vegetation, 26 West Beach Lagoon is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. This Sea Pines Hilton Head rental is a spacious home with beautiful Hilton Head golf course and lagoon views with the beach path that runs beside it. With fun and whimsical touches throughout, this home offers everything needed for a memorable stay.

Curving, brick steps lead up to the inviting, double entry front doors which are the entrance to the home. As you enter, guests will find themselves looking at the living room straight ahead and the kitchen to the right. The large living room has wood floors, plenty of seating and a 44" Roku TV and DVD player. It opens out to a screened-in porch, which overlooks the private pool*, golf course and lagoon, and has comfortable chairs and a dining table for six. To the right of the front door is the spacious kitchen with French county style cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Guests can enjoy meals in the nook located just off the kitchen that has a table and chairs, extra seating and a 29" TV. Beyond the kitchen is a formal dining room with elegant, dark wood table and 10 chairs.

There are two bedrooms on this main, upper level. The Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, 26" TV with DVD player, VCR and a private bath with a shower only, double sinks and marble counter tops. There are doors that open up to the shared deck. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, 41" TV and a private balcony. It shares a bath with the hallway that has a standard shower/tub combination and marble counter tops.

From the main upper level, there is a staircase that descends to the ground level. On this lower level is another family room with a Queen sleeper sofa, 50" TV and extra refrigerator. This living room has sliding glass doors that lead to the nicely landscaped pool and hot tub. There are three bedrooms on this level. The first is located to the left of the family room and is considered a second Master with a king bed, 36" TV and a private bath with the standard shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms are located off of a hallway to the right of the living area. They both share a bathroom with the shower/tub combination that is accessed from the hallway. One bedroom has two queen beds, 32" TV and sliding glass doors to the pool area. The other bedroom has three twin beds and 25" TV.

Also on the ground level is a large utility area with full size washer and dryer and a full bathroom. There is a door to a single car, covered carport, and another door to the lower driveway for quick access to the beach. 26 West Beach Lagoon is perfect for a family vacation full of beach and pool fun.
