The Space:
Set on a 1000 m² lot, HOP Ohana is divided into three modules:
The first includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
The second has 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The third is a two-story unit with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a spacious master suite with bathroom on the upper level.
The house also features a large garden, pool, BBQ area, trampoline, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and connect.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all areas of HOP Ohana, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, BBQ area, large garden, and free private parking. You’ll also have access to the gated community’s shared areas and can walk to the nearby beach.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, featuring 24/7 security, a clubhouse with pool, sports courts, natural lagoons, children’s play areas, and walking trails. While HOP Ohana is in the fourth row, it still offers easy and direct access to the beach.
Getting Around:
The gated community is located at km 204 of the Panamericana Sur highway. At the entrance, there’s a PRIMAX gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. From here, you can easily visit Chincha (25 min), Pisco (15 min), and the Paracas National Reserve (30 min). Lima is about 2 hours away by car.
Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.
Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
Interaction with Guests:
We offer self check-in, a host available via WhatsApp throughout your stay, and a housekeeper who will greet you upon arrival. Our maintenance team is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also request cleaning staff or a private chef for an additional fee.
