This home has been beautifully renovated, designed & curated for you to be rejuvenated, relaxed & inspired during your stay. You will love the heated pool & spa, the spacious lanai with plant wall, the fresh and bright design, and the amazing location of this house. The Blessing House is only a 15 min drive to Lido Key Beach & Siesta Key Beach, tons of shops & restaurants and the lovely Arlington Park is only about a 7-10 min walk away.

The home was pristine. Well equipped and comfortable. In prime location close to beaches and entertainment! The host was responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and it was corrected immediately.

Great place Great Neighborhood Location!

The house is in a great neighborhood (Arlington Park) if you want to be off the beach but close to be able to get to downtown and all the beaches in less than 15 minutes. The place is new and modern and has all the essentials that you need. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a neighborhood in Sarasota

Perfect Rental

Absolutely loved this property - it was comfortable, stylish, and in a great location. It was literally the perfect rental for my crew. My two daughters (8 and 9) had a great time playing games on the porch and hanging out in the pool. Bunkroom was adorable. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Zero complaints. 100% would rent again.

Hated to leave this beautiful home. Has everything you need and nothing that you don’t! It was a wonderful stay for the month and loved how close and easy to get to all the wonderful spots in Sarasota (easy bike ride to downtown). So comfortable and clean and we hope to be back. Don't even hesitate...Just book it!

No lies told on this one! Everything is just as it is described. Very clean! Great location! Precise and timely communication! Can't say enough about the upkeep and amenities that this property offers. If you twisted my arm for a negative comment, I would say that the pool could have been cleaner. It had leaves and debris in it, but then again, I appreciated the privacy that the shubbery and trees offered. And It would have been nice to have a television in the bedrooms. But again, I'm reaching for opportunities to mention....... Overall, a PERFECTLY COMFORTABLE stay and we will definitely visit again!
