We had a very lovely stay at this little gem of an apartment where we last stayed 2yrs ago, it really is a 2 minute walk to a sandy beach. It is a little home from home and the second time we have stayed with the lovely hosts Mark and Monica who were on hand when needed . The apartment is well furnished with everything needed for a holiday home and the welcome pack of provisions excellent. There has been a couple of changes including ceiling fan in the bedroom which was beneficial for the hot nights when we first arrived. We can highly recommend a stay at this apartment and we will definitely be making a return visit.

Monica and Mark made us feel very welcome, the accommodation was outstanding, everything (and more) that you needed for a great stay. Even down to furry "his and hers" fluffy robes if needed !! Location great, only a few minutes easy walk to beach, cafes, and transport

This property was exceptionally well presented with great attention to detail. A very generous welcome pack was provided which was very thoughtful and was in addition to other very useful amenities. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable in every respect. I would recommend a stay in this property without any hesitation - this is already my second stay this year!

We had a lovely stay at Monica and Mark's property. They are a lovely couple and above all fantastic hosts.The property was well maintained, clean and the views of the property was accurately depicted. It was easy and quick to communicate with Monica & Mark and the made us feel welcome. They ensured we enjoyed our privacy and were extremely polite and congenialThe property was well equipped with cooking facilities and condiments, a washing machine, clothing racks after laundry and a fantastic smart tv and very reliable internet access.The location was great with a 2 to 4 min walk to Burns Beach and a magical trail to watch and enjoy the evening sunsets. There were nice eateries nearby and a great family park.We would especially like to thank Monica and Mark who were generous, kind and thoughtful hosts. When we arrived after a long flight from the United States Midwest they had provided us with a nice welcome pack of food and drink (healthy collection of groceries and a lovely bottle of wine) to help tide us over till we managed to get out and do our basic grocery shopping.We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Perth. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect getaway.

Lee & I were happy to find this little gem tucked away in the northern suburbs. Monica was a pleasant hostess & communication was prompt & easy. Little touches like bread, milk, cheese & fruit along with a welcoming bottle of wine was appreciated. Apartment was very clean and as depicted on the website. The most incredible accomodation

My mum and her partner visited from the uk so I found this little gem for them to stay in. It was absolutely perfect! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and raved about the accommodation, its location and how wonderful the hosts are. They made such an effort to make their stay as comfortable as possible - even providing gluten free bread for my mum and a bottle of wine on arrival. The whole process was effortless and we couldn’t recommend this place enough. I will certainly be suggesting any visitors we have stay here. It was so neat, tidy, well decorated and equipped with everything they needed including cooking facilities and a washing machine. Thanks so much for such a wonderful experience.

Granny Flat at Burns Beach

We were absolutely delighted with this property. It was perfect for our stay and close to our family who live at Alkimos. Our hosts Monica and Mark were both lovely people and could not do enough to help us during our stay. We did have a little trouble with the air conditioner but this was because we are not tech savvy. Other than this everything was just what we needed. We would highly recommend this granny flat to others needing accommodation and should we come again would definitely stay here sgain. A wonderful stay! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Burns beach in this beautifully presented granny flat. The accommodation had everything you needed to make it feel like ‘home from home’. We cooked most evenings and the kitchen had everything required. The living area was cozy and comfortable, with access to Netflix for the occasional movie night. Plus the ability to control the air conditioning and heating which was perfect for those cooler nights. The accommodation had a washing machine which enabled us to keep on top of all our laundry. Our hosts Monica and Mark were wonderful, with thoughtful touches during our stay, such as fresh eggs and coffee. We felt very independent during our time here but knew that Monica and Mark were only a text away if we needed them. The location was perfect for us. A short stroll to the ‘Sistas cafe’ with beautiful coastal walks on the doorstep. There was space to park our car right outside the accommodation and local amenities were close by, such as supermarkets and eateries. We stayed for a month and would most certainly stay again!
