This condo sits on the first floor of Seascape, positioned on the north side of the building with a view of the Atlantic from the screened balcony. You'll be right in the heart of the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle, with all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment - from miniature golf to championship golf - along Highway 17 a few blocks away.
After a gorgeous day of surfing and beachcombing, take the elevator upstairs to be greeted by a refreshing blast of central air. Fix yourself a frosty cocktail at the wet bar (with a wine fridge, a blender, and plentiful glassware), grab a deck of cards or a good book, and relax beneath the ceiling fan on the screened balcony.
The interior has a modern polish to it, beginning with the open kitchen and its stainless steel appliances. Sit down for appetizers at the breakfast bar, homemade meals at the dining room table, and board games and movies in the living room after dinner. Each of the bedrooms has its own cable TV as well, including a primary suite with a small balcony. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided for your comfort and convenience.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
