As advertised, hope to return soon!

The view is AMAZING! Great location! Awesome balcony! The condo shows some age, but nothing that will effect your stay or experience. Windy Hill is a much less crowded portion of the Myrtle beach area.

Good week but could have been better!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall decent place to stay but have a couple of comments\suggestions:1. Dryer didn't really do a good job on clothes or towels.2. Kitchen was spacious but needs more and better utensils. Pots and pans were dated and should be upgraded. 3. TV in main area didn't have a way to access channel which turned out ok for us as my boys used it for gaming. 4. AC was great! No issues with room temperatures. 5. Upgrade the master toilet. Had to jiggle the handle after use to keep it from running all the time. The main bathroom had an upgraded higher toilet...make the master the same. I would stay here again and the pricing was better than most but with a few dollars, the owners could make this much better.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Securing the rental and dealing with the property management company was a great experience. The unit was clean, but just very outdated. It did have everything that we needed, but I was a little taken back by how old everything in the unit was. It is in a great location, and I could walk out onto the balcony and see the ocean. Some updating would have helped elevate my experience.
