Cute condo in convenient location!

Me and a couple friends stayed for a quick weekend trip. Apartment was in a great location, and you could even use the amenities- gym, rooftop terrace. Space was clean. Check in process was slightly confusing (downloading the app, code, etc); but host was very communicative and responsive throughout. We walked to almost everything- t mobile center, breweries, and coffee shops galore!

Great location weird experience

We landed at 11:30pm and still hadn't gotten the check in instructions for a 3pm check in that day. Luckily, the host responded after about a half hr. Got to the apartment and there was a dirty towel on the ground in the bathroom, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the bed frame was broken, bath rugs on the washer, sheets/towels in the dryer. Other than those, the place felt clean and had all the necessary things for a good stay. The location is really great but each night over the weekend, there was someone being loud or drunk singing in the alley way right by the apartment. It's nice that they give you access to the apartment gym. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay and they gave us a late check out but it was just a weird experience...seemed like the host forgot that they had the place booked.
