Beautiful Place

We stayed for a couple of nights while visiting KC. The check-in process was simple, and the instructions were clear and detailed. Very comfortable, homey feel.

Great location with nice spaces.

The location was ideal as my sister just bought a place a block away. Stairs were a little steep, but easily negotiated. Super clean with a few very nice touches. Great communications with the host, too. I’ll definitely be staying again since it’s so close to my sister’s new place.

Great Place

This is really a wonderful place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The couch made out to a bed if you needed it. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe. I love the mix of new and old furniture. It made it a very unique place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do i.e. arrowhead Stadium, Crown Center, city market. It was very easy to get around where we wanted to go. This is an attic apartment. If you Do Not have the ability to do stairs, I would not recommend this place. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep. You do however have a couple of places that you can stop and rest that is a plus.

Home away from home

I felt at home here. The owners went above and beyond to make my stay cozy and convenient. The check in process was seamless. The flat is loaded with everything you need but inevitably forget when traveling (toothepaste, brushes, Advil, floss, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, etc etc). The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. I couldn’t have had a better stay.

This historic 100 year old home is a gem amongst gems. This whole area is coming back to life and the improvements to homes and new businesses entering the area makes this one of the top up-and-coming neighborhoods in all of the Kansas City Metro. It is centrally located in the center of downtown. Easy access to the plaza and downtown KC nightlife is super convenient.
