Amazing Plaza Location - Steps from new Whole Foods!

Stay in the most desirable neighborhood in KC! Just steps from the new Whole Foods, this urban nest combines 100-year-old charm with modern convenience. Hang out like a local at the Plaza or sip a cocktail on the covered porch.

Best location in KC, safe and quiet. Fully fenced backyard and Loose Park/Trolley Trail nearby for walks. Kitchen is stocked to cook or check out many local restaurants nearby! Walk to brunch, lunch or dinner!

Work from home with GigWiFi or just relax and enjoy everything KC has to offer. Weekly and Monthly Discounts!! New furnace is warm but fireplace is not used.

With all the amenities you could need, this house is perfect for a weekend getaway or a long term stay

Guests have access to entire home, garage is used for owner storage and is not accessible.

I live just down the street so I'm available ASAP for any requests

The South Plaza neighborhood is the most visited area in the city. There are a lot of shops explore and the area is highly walkable, with eateries to stroll to every night. Everything is very close or just a short Uber ride away. Don't forget to hit Gates BBQ for the best ribs in town!!

Lots of public transportation options. Several bus stops within one block including MAX line for fastest travel. Less than 5 min wait for Uber rides and there's a fun bike rental station in front of Whole foods.

Lots of extras to make your stay more comfortable. We have puzzles and card games for your use. Furnace is new and toasty warm but fireplace is not operational.

Fantastic place to stay. Walking distance to shopping, Plaza, coffee shop, bars, restaurants and park. House so comfortable and had everything we needed. Will stay again next time in Kansas City.

This place was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the sofa bed was. The sheets are so soft and everything was very clean. It was stocked with all the basic cooking supplies and even had coffee, and many different teas. Tess was easy to communicate with and so nice. Even the neighbors waved and said hi. It is a great neighborhood. We walked to the Toys and Miniature museum which was so fun to see. The porch was a great way to spend the evening.

Located in the UMKC neighborhood, it’s quiet location easy to get to about anywhere you would want to go. The house is immaculate and the beds comfortable. We loved our stay!

Nice Property - Not safe neighborhood.

Property is amazing. Would recommend staying here, except for car getting stolen from the front street. If you choose to stay park in the driveway not on the street to be safer.
